I'm subscribed to Dave Perell's newsletters. He's more of a writing coach than a writer, that much is clear. He's pretty good at it and he has very interesting ideas, but you're spot on @MTF.

Fed Up With Your Country? Where Is Left to Go?

I'm afraid Albania is going to carve from EU's pressure. They are trying to get into the Union, I'd be surprised if they didn't try to please the overlords. Montenegro did the same.

Sadly yes. Now the gov is thinking about extending the green pass to trains, planes, and buses, but apparently that'd be in September. Rough.

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QaM5bl55kD4 Here are my notes from the video. Mind you I have only skimmed towards the end, since it's a Q&A session with mostly examples. They are notes so they are a bit rough, but they are intelligible...I hope:) General usage: Write clearly. Use...

Yeah for now I've used it for the grunt work. Things like "write a paragraph about X". I used it for the most unexciting stuff to write, the Wikipedia style facts. Content writing isn't always fun or glamorous:) I then edit it a little to fix any incorrect facts + give some flair to it. I plan...

It has a feature called "Text Summarizer" and another called "Explain it to a child". Here's what I got by inputting the last text @MTF generated:

I bought a month subscription to Jarvis's Boss Mode and played around with it for a bit. I'm a content writer, and wow, this is going to save me so much time! The output takes some editing and fact-checking, but man, there's nothing like typing "write a funny story about [article's argument]"...

Very interesting stuff, thanks for the share @MTF! One question: I see Jarvis is available in over 25 languages. Can you get it to write text in a language different from English and tell us if it feels natural? You know 3 languages if I remember correctly, so maybe do it with the 2 languages...

Be careful with Southern Italy. Some locations are riddled with crime. And if you want to start/operate a business from here, I'd advise other places. The bureaucracy and taxation is crazy. If you already have the money and are looking for a place to relax though here is absolutely a great...

What about when doctors used to sponsor smoking in the 30s-40s? Always check who funded the studies you are reading. It's the same old story. State / big corporations funded studies claiming whatever helps the narrative. For more context, and a POV on interpreting studies / believing them, read...

I disabled all Windows telemetry and the privacy stuff from my PC. I moved to Brave browser, and I'm using DuckDuckGo. I'm also going to move from Gmail to Protonmail soon. I'd move to Linux, but man, I'm not ready to give up videogame nights with friends. Rough life. On an unrelated note...

How to write copy when not focused on a niche?

    MARKETING
Start as a generalist. Help as many people as possible. Take note of which projects you like, and which ones you dislike. You have to dig deeper to find your niche, you can't magically will it to appear. To make an analogy, let's take painting. Picasso is one of the great painters we've had...
