    GOLD! HOT! MINDSET
Very interesting. What information do you have on those type visas, if you don’t mind sharing! Thanks! I’d be super interested in hearing about how your moving journey unfolded. Pro’s/cons, tips & tricks. Would you make the same decisions again if you went back in time.

Unhappy? Then pack your damn bags and move...

    GOLD! HOT! MINDSET
Has anyone on the forum moved to Dubai, UAE? I had been considering moving to the US for the last number of years but the hurdles keep getting more and more annoying. Expensive and restrictive visas, visa processing delays, high COL in areas I would consider moving to, Biden not allowing...

ChatGPT AI is a huge breakthrough, a Google killer

    - AI -
Will be really interesting when all these scammers learn how to use it to write more professional and believable messages. Often times the biggest tell is grammar mistakes. Will be much harder to compare legitimate human written emails and spam.

ChatGPT AI is a huge breakthrough, a Google killer

    - AI -
Looks like the tool has crashed. The website is saying their servers are experiencing high usage and they are trying to scale up. I have some interesting theories and questions about this tool, I'd love to hear others opinions. - If this is an openly available and publicly released tool then...

If I hear one more promise...

    RANT
Usually when I get this mad about other people, it's projecting a problem or issue in my own life. A lot of the wantrepreneur tasks you have completed over the past year are almost completely worthless, but when compared to your friend it makes you feel great but as one of replies here...

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Haven't seen sunlight in over 4 days! Vitamin D supplement very important but ultimately it still doesn't make up for it.

    Why Can't We Change?

    HOT! MINDSET
I think a lot of the answer has to do with never being able to go back to the way things were after the change is made. Blow up a stagnant relationship... will never be the same if you try to rekindle it in the future... Move countries... lose touch with family, friend groups, work/business...

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
Welcome to Ireland! I'm also based on the west coast in Galway City. It is quite possibly the wettest place in all of Europe. It just never stops raining. I wouldn't mind if it was super cold for a few months and then a lovely summer but nope its just rain rain rain... super depressing. That...

Which Country Is Going To Be The Next Leading Force In 15-30 years?

    OFF-TOPIC
Doesn't really matter if your population wear make up or not if they can out produce economically and design better weapons than other extremely masculine countries. I think that has always been the strength of America. If you are talented and gifted in whatever field or sector nobody cares...

WINTER IS COMING: European Winter of '22

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
Not sure how you took that from my post? It’s not more power or easier power… its literally the exact same situation. We are no better or no worse than we already are.

WINTER IS COMING: European Winter of '22

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
The government already has a lot of control over our lives. I don't know why people think the transition to green fuels will make that worse. If the government wants to stop you traveling they can just cancel, seize or blacklist your passport. If they want to stop people driving they can just...

WINTER IS COMING: European Winter of '22

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
I was listening to the top economics/finance podcast in Ireland and they recommended this book. I'm about halfway through as I started reading it while on holidays. A crazy deep insightful view into how commodities really are traded and the people behind it all. It's one of Amazon's most popular...

    Is Entrepreneurship Lonely?

    QUESTION
Going through a similar patch with my business over in Galway except I'm also single! Going from school/college scenarios, working in nightclubs/bars to then running a business spending most of the day alone managing properties - evenings spent studying online IS TOUGH! Adding to that we don't...

Does anyone REALLY wake up excited in the morning?

    NOTABLE! HOT!
I feel terrible the majority of mornings for the first hour that I am awake. Weirdly enough I feel super energized and alert the later in the day it gets. So, I have tailored most of my work to be done in the evenings and then I hit the gym around 10pm. It's definitely a super unusual body clock...

The Worldwide C0VlD-19 Coronavirus Pandemic Discussion Thread...

    HOT!
This is exactly how I felt about Ireland at the time that we removed everything. Life is 100% normal once again. Disappointing that I still can't visit the US, I had a holiday fund put aside for a summer trip over there. Maybe I should go to Australia instead. Half of my cousins have emigrated...

Hyperinflation starting? What's happening in your area? Post your ground reports.

    HOT! INVESTING
This is my very uneducated opinion and I'd love if anyone else has more facts and figures to argue in favour or against this. Should the US and Europe be ending fossil fuel sanctions on Russia, Iran and Venezuela. Surely it would be more advantageous to flood the market with more supply. Even if...
