So you want to move to Scottsdale?

    MEETUPS
I think San Diego has the best weather in the country. I went to Phoenix around August/September of 2015, and it wasn't too bad. Like stated, the misters were always on. A/C was definitely on blast 24/7, haha. I spent the weekend there just going to places, and it was nice to see how...

    Southern CA meetings 2016

    MEETUPS
This hasn't caught traction. I met quite a few folks from SoCal at the summit last week, but I'm sure everyone is busy with their own biz and lives.

3 Reasons Why You Should Go to China ... and Meet with Your Factories

    NOTABLE!
How much of your time did you spend conducting business vs having fun/leisure? I def plan on going there, but trying to make it a double whammy and hit up the homeland (Thailand) as well to visit family.

2016 Fastlane Summit, Official Event Thread

    MEETUPS
It was a synergy...a gathering of a Dream Team of sort. I think it's important to note that all of our "Lambos" are different, but ultimately we all want freedom. Your life sounds grand right now, my friend. No debt and a paid off house..flexible hours = more valuable time with the...

2016 Fastlane Summit, Official Event Thread

    MEETUPS
I took a bunch with Eskil's camera during the last panel discussion :) I just touched down back home, and the event was awesome. The presentations were great, and the talks after were as equally wonderful. I will help out in whatever way I can to help my fellow entrepreneurs. It is...

    MEETUPS
Leaving in a few hours, super amped! I haven't had the time to keep up in the past few days...is there a plan to grab dinner or something tonight? I am landing at 3PM local time, and my roommate is landing around the same time as well. Also, is there a room or hall number where the event will...

2016 Fastlane Summit, Official Event Thread

    MEETUPS
Very excited for this. Will touch down in Phoenix at around 3PM tomorrow. Still gotta pack tonight. I have no idea what to expect from the speakers so I bought a note pad to take notes and such down! LOL. Is it common for members to pass out business cards to keep in touch at the event...

2016 Fastlane Summit (Room Shares, Ticket Exchanges, Etc.)

    MEETUPS
I've never been excited for a 'vacation' as much as this one before. Admittedly, I'm still working on my FastLane project while still working the corporate job. Here and there I get recruiters trying to set me up for interviews. I go to some of them just to see what's up if time permits...

    GOLD!
Hey Bio, I ran into this article and found it to be interesting. How do you think this will affect the field? (I know it's all speculations but would be interesting to hear your take on it)...

Download Daymond John's book "Display of Power" for FREE!

    BOOKS
Awesome read so far for Power of Broke (about 60 pages into it), I actually ordered a physical copy. I really liked Daymond as a 'trep since I grew up with his brand, Fubu. Thanks for the tip! I downloaded it, will print it out soon.

Yes, you can do that or you can take a shuttle straight to the hotel. I think the shuttle is about $20 per person. I'm also arriving next Wednesday and unsure what route to take yet.

What's your Lambo? What's your WHY or PURPOSE?

    NOTABLE! CHAT
Cheers, brother. I'm with you on everything you said. When I was in college, my dream was to own an M3 before I turned 30. Well, I turned 30 back in November, and I'm still driving my TSX with 106k miles...darn reliable and I hope it goes another 100K miles! The car's been paid off for...

What's your Lambo? What's your WHY or PURPOSE?

    NOTABLE! CHAT
Like most of you all, it's freedom now. I'm still holding down a day off, and the office politics is the same no matter where I go. It used to a Lambo as well...hell I would still love an Aventador now! (in due time hopefully :D )I could not have find MJ's book at a better time. It really...

Making Money For Dummies (And In a Crowded Market)

    GOLD! HOT!
Yes. Look for the PPE (personal protective equipment) section, and it will tell you what is necessary if at all, ie some kind of respiratory masks. I would figure N95s would do. It would probably say to mix in a ventilated area as well. Under the MSDS (now SDS globally), they might have a...

Making Money For Dummies (And In a Crowded Market)

    GOLD! HOT!
How do you deal with workers comp, especially in our "sue me" state of CA? By the strict codes by CAL OSHA, you need to provide medical coverage if your employees get 'hurt' on the job. I used the term 'hurt' loosely. I may be biased, but I have dealt with a lot of employees in various fields...

2016 Fastlane Summit (Room Shares, Ticket Exchanges, Etc.)

    MEETUPS
Anyone else plan on working out during the trip? I exercise at least 4 times a week, and just saw that they have a pretty nice fitness center that's open 24 hours a day. I'm 50/50 on it since I'm not sure what the members will be doing at night and random hours. I figure I can get up an hour...

An AMAZING thing happened to my INCOME when I traded-in my rusty Honda for a Viper

    GOLD! MINDSET
1,000 thumbs ups to this here! I'm not exactly a 27th grader, but spent a full decade chasing 2 master's degrees thinking it was going to make way to a high paying job. Huge waste of time, sure I learned some cool stuff on paper, but I don't recall any of them after the classes ended because I...

When did you decide to get insurance for your company? (in case a customer sues you). I believe Amazon recommends you get insured after selling $10k per month for 3 consecutive months, so I'm just curious. What are your thoughts on long tail keywords? I'm still reading about them so would...

Do you want to do it the EASY way, or the HARD way?

    GOLD! MINDSET
Another amazing thread. By 'AMZ perfect product'...do you mean product that has good ranking? I randomly found a 'guru' in the field and what he teaches his students. I wholeheartedly agree with Bio. They just teach their students to research for items that have good rankings that can be...
