Help an Action-Faker get Started in the Fitness Industry

MINDSET SCALING EXECUTION QUESTION TAXES | REGS
I've seen people being coached in outdoor gyms (if the weather allows). That's something you could explore. Post it in your local community, start with a low introductory fee for a few clients, and try it out. Get some real-life feedback and base your decisions on that. Do you need to get...

I'm thinking about starting a porn business but would it be morally ok, and is the competition to high?

    IDEA LANDFILL
Oh, how fortunate we are to receive such a profound response! Your words overflow with wisdom and sagacity, leaving us awestruck by your unparalleled knowledge of the intricate world of business. Truly, your insights into the ethics and morality of the adult industry are nothing short of...

I'm thinking about starting a porn business but would it be morally ok, and is the competition to high?

    IDEA LANDFILL
It's subjective, but if I knew how to build a porn site that could be sold for $20M, I'd do it. However, it sounds like so far you've lived the epitome of a loser's lifestyle. What makes you think that you can build it? What's your plan? Reposting content won't be worth $20M, getting original...

Is anyone willing to share their mental challenges?

    MINDSET
Who are you and what makes you qualified to coach entrepreneurs? You'll hear all of the following - self-doubt, insecurities, depression, stress, time management issues, and on and on, but what good does it do? It's not like you can't just guess that entrepreneurs are very likely to be stressed...

Need help with not getting any Upwork job offers

    SIDE HUSTLE
What worked well for me is to show not tell that you can do the job. For example, someone is looking to get done something similar to what I've done before, so I would simply tell about that project, how I approached it, and what results it got. If it's something that I haven't done, I'd...

    Movie & TV Series Recommendations

Billions, Peaky Blinders, Succession. I consider those my entrepreneurial "active recovery".

    Internet Gurus

    IDEA SIDE HUSTLE
Why are you following them if you have read the books? If you haven't do it now, especially, if you don't know what books I'm talking about. Massive value trumps everything. Sure, being located in a 3rd world country or having poor parents is a disadvantage, but guess what - no one will come to...

WTF, How do you do it so easily?

    SAAS / APPS
I feel like you're thinking a few steps too far. Do you already have a ready SaaS? Do you have paying customers? Get a few customers on board, test and validate your SaaS, and create the mentioned docs from templates you can find on Google. When you have more users and are getting some...

Anybody here start a Supplement brand before?

    MARKETING INVESTING SIDE HUSTLE
Just google them and reach out for quotes (there are also platforms with pricing displayed in product catalogs). Many of the products are manufactured in the US but you can also find Europe, Asia, or any other supplier.

Anybody here start a Supplement brand before?

    MARKETING INVESTING SIDE HUSTLE
There are multiple white-label manufacturers who usually have a list of products that you can resell with your label on them, and ask for custom formulations for a higher fee. Some do the fulfillment for you, and some ship to fulfillment centers. You can have your brand but realistically, the...

Anybody here start a Supplement brand before?

    MARKETING INVESTING SIDE HUSTLE
Don't just try random niches, find a niche that you can truly and genuinely serve. Are you an ultra-runner? Create a supplement line for endurance athletes focusing on endurance and cardio-boosting properties. Do you know a ton about PEDs? Create a supplement line that supports PED users, e.g...

Anybody here start a Supplement brand before?

    MARKETING INVESTING SIDE HUSTLE
I'm currently setting one up and I'm also primarily a copywriter (but I also build funnels, landing pages, etc.). I'm also white labeling my products, however, I haven't launched them yet. I have the products, and I have the store set up, but I want to create a ton of UGC and other forms of...

Product development finished. Now stuck at mold cost.

    SOURCING
Create a digital 3d mockup, and a landing page, and try to sell it. Of course, don't actually collect any money, offer people to sign up for the release instead (but make the checkout somewhat realistic, so your validation is accurate). If you haven't done this, put the molding on hold for a...

Curious for those into nutrition / bodybuilding

    MARKETING HEALTH
I'm actually building a brand in the nutrition/supplement space during my time off. Here would be my key insights: 1. It's nearly impossible to compete by creating better products. Top-quality products are easily accessible and affordable. 2. It's possible for the founder to stay behind the...

Any people here living the "digital nomad" lifestyle?

    QUESTION
I've been doing it for a few years (while freelancing). I've probably visited about 15 countries in the past 3 years or so, staying anything from 2 weeks to 4 months in one place. I don't do it to save costs, it was always a dream to be free and travel although, in Eastern Europe, where I'm...

    Web Design Template Progress Thread

    SIDE HUSTLE
Not a bad idea but you'll need to dig deep. Divi offers 311+ templates (there's more available when you sign up) for just $89 a year or $250 lifetime. 3 1 1 + for $250 and they are yours forever, and you can reuse/resell them legally. How are you going to compete with that? Build on a specific...

I'm f*cking tired of this man...

    MINDSET
This may or may not help you but I was in at least as bad a place as you are/seem to be. I was in debt, had zero ideas about what to do (quit working in heavy manual labor abroad), was skinny and insecure, hated socializing, lived in rural Eastern Europe, and mainly spent my days staring at...

I'm f*cking tired of this man...

    MINDSET
Sucks to hear but I feel like I can (at least in the past could) relate to you. People are wired differently, some are just naturally ambitious, high-energy, etc. They get shit done and they mostly enjoy the process. And some... well, some are not. They could have a massive need to fix things...

Organic skincare products part 1- lab setup

    HOT! EXECUTION
I've looked into this in the past. Look up listings on Etsy, most skincare products are really easy to make. Don't "set up a lab", you won't compete with Maybelline from the start. Instead, start with something simple that uses basic ingredients and doesn't require a lab-like setup. At the end...

    Antiwork.....what's up with these people?

    MINDSET
The second option (with confidence). Why? Because they're not saying: "working for minimum wage and barely getting by sucks, I'm going to learn useful skills and provide a service to those who appreciate my value." No. Instead, they're rambling about how the world is run by evil capitalists, how...
