    Three Comapanies now, one in property development, one in IT making management systems (mainly for construction) and the third in Property Investment. Found best to stick to my strengths and the three just mentioned were suffering due to running too many smaller companies and being spread too thin

    gross profit of approx $100k, by winding down I mean selling last of stock and closing company. Have too many other ventures on now and this one is the least proftable. Was a great business to get started in with importing a product, getting finance, marketing, sales, etc.

    MINDSET 
    I aim for 7 hours sleep a night. Bed by 9.30pm up at 4.30am-5. Gym 7 times a week and start working at around 7am feeling 100x more away then everybody else. I used to get up at 6.30am and go to the gym at 5pm but switching my routine has done wonders for my productivity.
