    Sooo true....thanks for this video ....2 years ago, i lost my dad....on his last days, people flew from all over the country to see him, and from Europe. Friends, colleagues...all his children ( i made the 7 hours flight just in time to see him alive for 24 hours ....anyway ....it sure struck...

    Thanks for the feedback 1-I underpriced a bit ( taking in consideration that i am paying A YEAR of condo fees ($3000 ) 2- the problem in the area is supply ...too many condos, brand new condos are being leased by real estate developpers because they cant find buyers.
