It's gonna happen no matter what you do. So don't let it weigh you down too much. SOMEONE will always steal your product/idea and compete purely on price. Screw them. Beat them on everything else. It's not that my customers don't care about the price, they do. They just find it a good deal...

Facebook :) That's about it. I don't worry too much about competition. In reality Amazon and all the Chinese manufacturers selling there now is my largest competitor. Their prices on there are insanely low. I just focus on beating everyone to the customer and providing a super pleasant...

I'm sure we are in the same groups. It's all decent info regardless of how much people make. It really just comes down to how you want to live your life and run your business. Many guys I meet are happy just working enough to travel all the time.

To keep some secrecy/privacy all I can say is there is a decent amount in up sells. But all ads are profitable on the initial sale regardless of anyone purchasing up sells/cross sales/etc. I think that answers the front vs back end question as well. Yes, some direct traffic now as well however...

That was only for those dates listed. And I have lots of products now, most are far less than that $100 mark now. Also those numbers mentioned ARE just for the Ecom side of things. Ecom I only started in around Nov. of last year and didn't really start taking it serious till this year, around...

Not sure what you mean by getting close, but blew past the 7-figure per year mark a long time ago. Pushing up to the 8 figure per year mark now, but thank you :) I originally was doing the later. I am working on getting WH affiliate offers working now though, but finding WH takes just as much work.

Been a while since I updated. Everything is progressing well. I've found that scaling your own products when you own the entire process takes a LOT more time than scaling some affiliate campaigns. SO MANY MOVING PARTS. I have a handful of products now and have moved the base of the business...

Thinking of buying an ecommerce business. Any tips?

    HOT!
Wow. Anyone have experience buying or selling on one of these sites?? One of the first ones listed is an ecom shop that sells via FB ads to their shopify store. They didn't say if it was dropshipped or their own brands that they had manufactured or not, (which is what I do). This company went...

Thinking of buying an ecommerce business. Any tips?

My thoughts as well. Would LOVE talking about this with anyone else interested. I'm in the same boat as biophase here. Importing all my own stuff under my own brands etc. So far I'm just cashing in on holding them, but if I can sell one that is doing the $250k yr profits for $800k (or 3x...

man - i need to change my game plan. If a $250k a year profit drop ship company can sell for $800k, might just have to build out a bunch of those to sell off... I'll take orders :-) but OP - non of us can do the due diligence, you might have something good. Doubtful, but who knows. I do know...

    $500,000+ revenue on Shopify!

    NOTABLE!
So share the nuggets, what has your mentor done/said/showed/introduced you to/given for you to get you going on this path? Can you share that so others can follow in your steps?

Way to be man. Do you have plans to make your own products or import your own? Dropshipping isn't that different from your teespring campaigns. That said - it's all about how you are building out your business as I'm sure you know. Sure dropshipping has its pitfalls (namely lack of control...

Is healthcare supply sales too much of a limited market for a startup?

If there is competition - then there's a market there. I know I'm personally spending around $20k a year on that crap POST insurance costs. Thought of doing the same. But I'm a bit busy with current endeavors to spend the time researching what all it would really take with regulations, getting...

Depends on the types of products you are looking for. But really I only used affiliate networks to sling trial products and supplements or leads. Not straight sell products.

I've used - shipwire, amazon, and Direct outbound. In the process of bringing it all in-house now. For small scale and doing it yourself I suggest shippo. That's what I started with.

    Successful Teespring Campaigns

What is that supposed to mean? And why the passive aggressiveness? If you have an issue with something state it clearly instead of giving BS info.

    Successful Teespring Campaigns

LOTS of guys are doing the "impossible" then. Paid Traffic. Can sell to anyone. Make a shirt of a Dog? Sell to dog lovers etc. @Sean Haddad - I know some guys who used to run teespring, but I never have. Good luck. Get ready to grind.

@holmzee depends on how comfortable you are with your marketing skills. It will be tight regardless tho, but it is possible. Might be worth it to keep an eye out for a while for something you'd want to sell while following the threads on this forum for generating more cash flow in short periods...

You can see the exact same information on PPE ads as clicks to website or conversion objective ads. FB will tell you how many people clicked over to the website, and if you set up the pixel and attach it to the ad then it will track your conversions as well. It just wont optimize for them. As...
