    Hello from miked_d

I forgot to say I finished MJ's book. It was the first book I bought for my new (used) Kindle. I liked it a lot.

    The Pheonix Rises

I have my new eBay account setup for buying only. I plan on buying an item or two this weekend and will wait another week before setting up as a seller. It is better to take this slow. The borrowed eBay account I have been using to sell cell phone crap is in good condition. I am a Power Seller...

    Hello from miked_d

Update on me. I am living in my own place again with decent internet. I am bringing in more than I spend, continuing to pay off bills. I have started a budget and follow it. Still cleaning up a mess from the "white lies." Had a mis-start with my ecommerce branding but have found a niche I...

    managing your email list

    MARKETING
I have never heard of Launchrock. It is pretty cool except for that lack support for mail list services. I searched around and see that Kickofflabs syncs up with MailCheat(Chimp). More searching ... Seedprod syncs with all of the above services. It costs $20 for a year. It is WP plugin but it is...

Gray Market Between Amazon and eBay

    OFF-TOPIC
You could but eBay would probably not like it. I just prefer to give good service and avoid them from the beginning. It is my understanding that if a customer offers to change it in exchange for some consideration, you can go straight to eBay and get it removed.

Gray Market Between Amazon and eBay

    OFF-TOPIC
If the seller is using your TM'ed or copyrighted material in the listing, you can file a VERO complaint via eBay as long as you can prove you are the owner. eBay will cancel the listing and give the seller a notice. This puts a ding in the eBay seller's rep. If they do it again, file again. If...

MS Exchange instead of Godaddy Email

    OFF-TOPIC
WTF?? I didn't know that was free. I have an outlook.com address but never used it once. My setup works perfect for me right now. The only time I had a problem was when Godaddy was attacked recently. My email stopped for about 3 hrs. Also, as much as I dislike Google, I love my Android.

Been testing ebay and something worked but running into issues.

    EXECUTION
If they have a HQ, do they have a lot of stores? Call around to different stores and ask questions. They got a website? Ask them questions there. Is there a low paid stock boy? Bribe him for info! :)

MS Exchange instead of Godaddy Email

    OFF-TOPIC
Why make it more complicated? IMAP for email only and then Hosted Exchange for contacts/calenders? If you are paying for the exchange, I would recommend doing email through there too. Take one of your unused domains and use it as a test. See how you like it. I think you may end up hating MS if...

My mistake. The last time I looked into it was over 2 yrs ago. How long have they offered it? Does anyone have experience with their support?

MS Exchange instead of Godaddy Email

    OFF-TOPIC
Kak - The answer to your original question is yes. The service you need is "Hosted Exchange". Godaddy offers it as well as many others. The "host" runs Exchange on their server. Your Outlook connects to that and syncs email, contacts, and appointments. If Outlook is not setup, you can use...
