    Sidewalker Attempting to Escape

    EXECUTION
Ask for a test order of 250. Offer to pay more. If that is too much, look for some traders that will do smaller quantities (if the numbers still work). Keep selling stuff from the traders until you can reach the manufacturers MOQ. Contact the other manufacturers again. Use a different email...

What type of martial arts should I practice?

    OFF-TOPIC
The kids get out of it what they put in as most studios are black-belt factories. The children are there because their parents chose it. My son got his black belt in American Tang Su Do at the age of 12. Most of the kids could not defend themselves from a nerf ball but a few were really good...

Major Change, Looking for perspective, I've been wrong before.

I understand now. Will your parents just be disappointed or will the disown you? General Business and the courses you chose are not that far apart. Find a way to explain it to them in terms they understand. The interdisciplinary studies includes business courses, correct? Wouldn't that allow...

Help! I've lost my mojo and can't seem to get it back!

    EXECUTION
I'm impressed you were able to operate a profitable business so early in life. You are ahead of many on this forum. Take so time to read TMF and you will understand what needs to change. You basically need to remove your time from the successful operation of your business. Figure out how to get...

Is Using Amazon FBA Risking Too Much Control?

    EXECUTION
FBA will process orders from other channels such as eBay,your own site, Etsy, etc. This is called Multi-Channel Fulfillment. I believe @Vigilante uses this. Also, there are other options for fulfillment. Several companies provide fulfillment services. I learned this on another forum. Not sure...

Thanks for that. I will contact hem in the morning. I was going to ask for tips on finding a forwarder so that others could use the info, but I am thinking that freight forwarders are a bit localized. Is that true? I would want whoever I use to have experience with the incoming port.

How does one find a reputable freight forwarder? I am in the Los Angeles area. I did a web search for freight forwarders and got thousands of results. A search on the online yellow pages came up with 400 results. That is a lot of choices!

Thanks for the feedback. I have doing exactly that. Let them know it is "company policy" not to pay for express shipping on samples. Sometimes they budge, sometimes not. Products with multiple manufacturers are not an issue. There are usually enough manufacturers willing to send samples with...

Vigilante's "Mind Your Business" Radio Show

    EXECUTION
Suggestion - Use a standard format in the title of each episode. Instead of listening all at once, I have been listening to one a day. Today is number 4 for me and I had to figure out which one it was. Something like "Mind Your Business - S01E04 - Launching a Business". (S=Season)

Followup - As I mentioned before, my item is the about the size and weight of an empty soda can. I am getting shipping quotes ranging from free to $75. When they give me a high quote, I explain I do not need express shipping and request China Post. They usually come back with higher quote. It...

I don't mind. No. See above for some of the reasons! :) Another one: Don't Depend on One or Two Items - This should be obvious but it wasn't for me. When you find a killer product, don't stop looking for new ones. That killer product probably will not be killer forever. Once it dies, you...
