    Disciple's Progress Thread

    PUBLISHING
Problem 1 - Start writing. Problem 2 - Financial stuff based on US residency. A regular bank account will work. You can open an account in a local bank branch and do almost everything else from ATMs and onlline. You can also use an entirely online bank. Problem 3 - idk Problem 4 - Most people...

Am I an unsupportive wife? Work-at-home parents

    PEOPLE
When I said productive, I was including childcare. I know children can consume huge amounts of time. Sounds like you have a toddler. When my son was that age, I would take him to all kinds of places that were free. Walks with a stroller, the mall (nice bathrooms), the park, museums, carnivals...

Am I an unsupportive wife? Work-at-home parents

    PEOPLE
In summary: You=Mom+Student+Business Owner Him=Dad+Business Owner Assuming you each sleep 8 hours and have 2 hours for other stuff (coffee in morning, personal hygiene, decompressing at end of day), you should each have about 14 hours of productive time in a day. Who does the housework...

Starting Over for the Last Time

    EXECUTION
@Bigguns50 - Duh! Weird how I missed the obvious. @JAJT, @Yeezy - The title was misleading. This particular project may be a flop but it will not stop me. I want freedom.

Starting Over for the Last Time

    EXECUTION
Started reading the first book from the Gary Halbert 30 Day Challenge. The sun was out so I got the lighting for the pictures. Received a product sample from a different manufacturer. Listened to a few podcasts. Received payment and shipped something on eBay (hustling for capital). Tomorrow...

Vigilante's "Mind Your Business" Radio Show

    EXECUTION
Listening to the most recent one now. There was a commercial that played and the volume was VERY high compared to your show. Good for her! Is radio something she's interested in?

What's your experience with a VA?

    PEOPLE
I've used a person from Odesk in the past for editing product pictures. I was really slow so it made sense to pay an overseas worker. I tried two or three and finally found one that worked well. It was very nice to send an email with raw product pictures in the evening and receive the finished...

Got my answer (I think). Can't change number once product is sent in. Minor problem since I only sent in a few items expecting to make mistakes. Will read more on variations and such before I send in any more. Need to take better pics but my light source (the sun) has been hiding all day...

    GOLD! SOURCING
Would you say the holiday greetings are equally important for contacts in all countries, not just China? Does the Chinese culture place a special importance to this custom or is it just good business (and personal) practice?

OPEN INVITATION - Please find my flaws and shoot me down in flames

Provisional Utility Patent in US. @Likwid24 went this route as described on @Vigilante's MYB Radio Show.

Starting Over for the Last Time

    EXECUTION
I had been figuring FBA out as a went. Today I read through the tutorial which filled a few gaps. Now I need to figure out how to make a listing for two items instead of the one. If I sell one item, I break even due to Amazon fees. If I sell as a two or four pack the profit is good.

Starting Over for the Last Time

    EXECUTION
I've been a TFL member for six years now with nothing to show for it. I've imported and made many, many mistakes. I made many life mistakes that wasted time. Two years ago I started this thread. I started importing again but stuck to one product. That product did well at first but died off. I...

    EXECUTION
This. Everything I heard about ND is that there is lots of money being spent. It is small ecosystem where everything is in short supply and expensive. Time is compressed because everything runs 24/7. You have knowledge of this ecosystem that most of us cannot get because we are not there. It...

    Sidewalker Attempting to Escape

    EXECUTION
Unless someone else is already selling, you need to try selling it for yourself. With the crazy sample price you were quoted, did that include shipping? One of the items I am working on costs around $1.25. Most places would give me the samples for free but ask that I pay shipping. They always...

    Cuba!

    OFF-TOPIC
When I saw this late last night I immediately thought OPPORTUNITY. Cigars and rum are obvious choices but there are others. What are they? What would Cubans want from America?

Company that can help sell your car?

I agree. I thought the same about your price for a detailing.

Company that can help sell your car?

My first thought was it is no good because it is too local BUT after a little more thought, you can systemize the whole thing and sell franchises. Have you had any customers yet?

    Sidewalker Attempting to Escape

    EXECUTION
Exactly. I am in the same position. With one product, I am talking with a few manufacturers with high MOQs and a trading company with lower MOQs. The trading company charges a little more. I am going to work with the trading company until I have enough to buy direct from a manufacturer. I am...
