    An idea: Manual Can Squeezer - a line around the can that if you pull it it will squeeze the can. Call it "The Grip". And some muscles design. "Mortar's" flaw is that it would spray rest of fluid all over the place. Although if it would be outdoors activity then why not.

    If it's not the best thread on this topic here, then its definitely in the top. Glad you have value out of it. As for expertise. You can learn something new. But it also takes time - no shortcuts here. Overall buying something you have no idea about is recipe for disaster.

    In which areas of your life do you set goals?

    MINDSET 
    I see it a bit different. My observation is that people even when they achieve their fitness/health goals they slip back right after. No to mention that in case of not achieving those goals it is taking toll on their self esteem. (Its harder to go back to those goals after failure).

    Business only. Setting "personal" goals feels little... well i it removes the feelings. While being cold thinker in biz is advantageous doing it in private life doesn't seem so.
