    Opportunity Here!

Thanks, to be honest I wasn't sure what you had done. At least you are educating yourself about wealth building at a young age. You are also on the welcoming crew to a Millionaire Website. That has to count for something. You can be inspirational young kid that makes millions in just a few...

    Opportunity Here!

I've not read that you intend to do this, but I thought that you would possibly do something comparable with the release of your book. Develop a curriculum and have events throughout the country in typical "Guru" fashion. Once you've established your brand, have trained speakers go out and teach...

    Selecting a Property Management Company

    REAL ESTATE
How big is the property you are trying to manage? This may not be what you are looking for, but if it is small enough could you just hire an indvidual to run it for you? I lived in a duplex a few years ago that was owned by a person in California. He had a family friend that lived out here...

Very insightful, thanks for the post. I got lost on this phrasing...... Could you please explain what you meant by ramp up the impressions by a factor of 20 or 30? I'm thinking it has to do with search optimzation, but I'm too novice in this field to know for sure. Thanks :coolgleamA:

Good Clarification. If you look towards the end of the post, I addressed what I think would be a much better mindset for him. "The other mentality was, life is tough, but you can make it if you listen to those who have succeeded. Take your own initiative, accept that life isn’t perfect, and...

Gift for my brother, the best man...

    OFF-TOPIC
If he is sentimental, was there something you guys used to do growing up? Maybe you have something in storage he hasn't seen in 15 yrs. You could give it back to him along with a new gift. For example, if you guys played baseball, find his old glove. Present the gift and tell why he was such...

How you should NOT treat your clients

Doctors going on strike? I'm glad we don't have to worry about that stuff here, at least for now. You reference a point that most people forget, Doctors are in business. They should treat you like a customer, not a number. A college professor of mine told me he had an appointment once, so...

I wrote him a PM earlier telling him that the people here are actually helpful if he gives them the chance. It seems to me like he is carrying a chip on his shoulder from other forums or programs. Even if I disagree with his overall assessment of this forum, I'll give him credit for...

First of all, Great job on what you have accomplished. You tried and floundered (not failed) where most won't try at all. If you are looking for criticism, I'll offer just one. Your web names have no "pop" as some people say. They are too common. I would suggests using a name that is going...

    I defeated myself

    MINDSET
I defeated myself today. I didn't wake up early, I didn't work on my goals, I let one minor problem take hours to resolve. I drifted through the hours, worked at my job, ignored my loved ones, didn't plan anything, I just woke up, went through it, and now I go to sleep. 24 hours, 1440 minutes...

David Buckner passes out live on the air w/ Glenn Beck

    FUNNY
His face changes at 3 minutes 4 seconds. I think that is when he realized he was in trouble. I just wonder if it was nerves, such as grooms get when they are up in front of everyone, or if it was medically related. He looked pale through the entire interview, hardly any expressions, and he...
