How to verify that your idea is good with out getting it stolen?

    IDEA
But, it takes a lot of time and money investment to get to the launch point. So, instead of wasting time and money on a bad idea, it's good to get some feedback before starting. CallMeWonder - I would suggest that you ask your family members only. They're the least likely to steal your...

Am I too young for the entrepreneurial thing?

    MINDSET
I'm the same age as you and will turn 25 in a few months. I also felt the same sense of frustration when thinking about my friends working and being "successful" in their jobs. However, I know that if I gave up on my fastlane plans without at least trying for several years, I would regret it...

How McAfee Anti-Virus Founder Lost 90% Of His Wealth

    1) He's not a celebrity so he has no incentive to do this since the public doesn't even know who he is. 2) If you lie about your net worth, the IRS could decide to investigate you to see if your claims are true. If you try to hide wealth and pretend like you lost a bunch of it, Uncle Sam...

    Funding. At what point?

    WEB/DIGITAL
Exactly. The only time investors will fund an entrepreneur without showing the numbers is if that entrepreneur already had a successful company and is therefore well regarded. It's sort of like if you were picking players for a basketball game and LeBron James happened to walk onto the court...

    Planking... On 2 Million...

The problem is that by the time you special order the materials to sell, the fad might be over. You'd have to go from fad to fad to make sustainable income.

    Do you want POWER?

    MINDSET
Yes, I don't think that traveling the world, meeting new people, and exploring everything that life has to offer is "vegging out". People who want to be in business just for the power are in it for the wrong reasons to begin with. They have to look internally to find out why they're so...

    Funding. At what point?

    WEB/DIGITAL
True. No matter how great an idea is, most investors will not want to invest their money in the person proposing it unless that person shows that they've actually proven themselves to a certain extent by showing sales. They're not so much investing in the idea as they are in the entrepreneur...

how bad do you want it?

    MINDSET
And most start when they're just kids. So, by the time they finally become wealthy, they've already put in over a decade of hard work doing daily workouts and training and eating right to keep their bodies at optimal level.

How McAfee Anti-Virus Founder Lost 90% Of His Wealth

Such vile hate-filled comments! Look below the article to see what I mean. This guy is a self-made wealthy person; yet they still resent the fact that he was wealthy and still has 10 million.

    Law of Effection at Work

    OFF-TOPIC
They got Vince Young to be his backup because they know he'll probably get injured during the season; Vince Young isn't good enough to start but I'd say he's a decent backup to replace Vick for a few games if he gets injured. Also, if Andy Reid can turn Michael Vick from being just a running...

Anyone else have this issue with Facebook advertising?

    WEB/DIGITAL
Okay, it works fine with Internet Explorer in case anyone has this issue as well. I typically don't use internet explorer; I keep it and Opera around to see how the websites I create look in different browsers, so that everyone gets the same experience. Lots of website code works in some...

I'm not able to upload an image. The spot where you upload an image shows blank for me. Anyone else have this problem? I contacted facebook about it but they're taking forever to respond. This is what it looks like:

Air Swimmers -- I Wish I had Thought of This One!

Me too. I think it's a great product. They don't have to do just fish either. You could have a flying eagle for instance. I wonder how high they can fly.

Air Swimmers -- I Wish I had Thought of This One!

    OFF-TOPIC
Are you kidding me? They're being swarmed with orders. You can't even buy one because they're out of stock; there's a waiting list to buy. Someone is going to get rich off this product. However, they better contract with a supplier that can produce a lot more of these soon because I have a...

Air Swimmers -- I Wish I had Thought of This One!

    OFF-TOPIC
Brilliant! The product is awesome and they did a great job of attracting attention to it through making a youtube video that now has over 2 million views. They're out of stock because they're getting so many orders so now there's a waiting list if you want to buy one.

    shorter domain more important?

    WEB/DIGITAL
Owning the .co version of your domain makes sure that people who accidently leave out the m at the end still go to your site. Apparently a tiny percentage of people do this on a daily basis; I've done it as well and often times the people who own the .com version don't own the .co version so...
