Amazing 3-D Copier -- You Have to See to Believe!

    OFF-TOPIC
It's actually a concept that I've read in some science fiction books; being able to download a schematic for any object and having it created by some machine right in your house. So, people wouldn't have to go to the store if they want a wrench; they can just print one out. Companies wouldn't...

Man buys a brand new Camaro for $5 playing online penny auction

    WEB/DIGITAL
Yes, the website owner can set it up so that there's a robot in every auction bidding up the price so that the other participants have to keep bidding; it doesn't really matter who wins as long as more bids are placed, since each bid earns $0.60 cents for the website owner. However, just as...

    The Retirement of Lamboman350K!

    OFF-TOPIC
Since you just started your account, I would say that you should just create a new one, since you don't have very many posts accumulated yet anyways.

Man buys a brand new Camaro for $5 playing online penny auction

    WEB/DIGITAL
Seems crazy that anyone would sell it at such a low price, but I guess if you play these penny auctions enough eventually something really cool will show up that you can bid on for a low amount. CNN.com - Breaking News, U.S., World, Weather, Entertainment & Video News The guy who made the...

Amazing 3-D Copier -- You Have to See to Believe!

    OFF-TOPIC
True. If you have an amazing product like that where it's patented so that no one else can sell it but you; it's pretty much guaranteed to make you wealthy. However, the initial costs of getting to the point where you can start selling it are probably above the average person's reach; you have...

17 year old here with restrictive parents

I know that 250 days seems like forever to a 17 year old, but it's really not that long. You have your whole adult life ahead of you to be an entrepreneur. Even if your mother has a slowlane mindset, she probably doesn't want you to get into any financial problems while you are a teenager and...

17 year old here with restrictive parents

The simple solution is to wait until you turn 18, when you will be an adult legally. It won't be that long from now. In the meantime you can build your site.

    Young and Hungry from NH

It's sales though. Anyone can get a sales job. They only have to pay you if you make money for them.

Amazing 3-D Copier -- You Have to See to Believe!

    OFF-TOPIC
The problem with being in the idea or invention business is that it takes years to bring a great product like that successfully to market as you have to do many tests and provide lots of funding before it's ready.

    MJ's Garage

    FUNNY
LOL! He's definitely right about the flying and floating part; buying a private jet or yacht only makes sense if you're a billionaire, otherwise you'll quickly burn through your money if you have less than that. Many would probably disagree about the fornicating part; as you probably know...

Legal issues from logos and icons online.

    WEB/DIGITAL
It would depend on how you're using those icons. If you have a facebook like button, that's fine. If you are using facebook's logo in another way, then I'm not sure if that would be legal; you'd have to check their policies, which you can find at their website.

    Why Sell-Out on a 6-Figure Monthly Cash-Flow?

    INVESTING
You're doing a good job promoting it by having this forum. I never knew who you were, nor would I have probably seen your book if I hadn't stumbled upon this forum by searching about entrepreneurship. Now, I'm ordering it from Amazon with my next purchase. I wanted to finish a few other books...

    Why Sell-Out on a 6-Figure Monthly Cash-Flow?

    INVESTING
Excellent post. By the way, how many employees did you have when you sold the business or was it just you?

    Failure Ratio?

So true. It's actually very easy to come up with a good idea for a business. Implementing/executing that idea on the other hand is the hard part. That's when the, "I don't know how to program" threads are made here. It's easy to conceive of a good web app or other type of business, but not...

    Dissecting An Entrepeneur

I don't think good entrepreneurs are born. I think they are made. You learn through trial and error. The most important quality that good entrepreneurs have is that they are persistent; if something goes wrong they work hard to find a solution, whereas a bad entrepreneur might just blame...

I Get What You Make In 10 Years... In 2 Days...

    HOT!
Yes. The record companies that make their songs rent expensive cars and mansions to shoot their videos, and the rapper gets to pretend that they're living large for a few hours.

    MJ's Garage

    FUNNY
Jay Leno's garage has to be counted as one of them; he has hundreds of cars and is continuously adding new ones. The man has separate sections of his garage just dedicated to specific types of cars like Lamborghinis, Ferraris, etc. But, he has around a billion dollars so he can afford to buy...

    MJ's Garage

    FUNNY
True. While someone with 50 million could fill up a garage with cars like that, it wouldn't be very wise of them to do so, as that would take a large chunk out of their wealth, and they'd have to keep paying for insurance costs, repair costs, etc.

    MJ's Garage

    FUNNY
LOL! Yea. When I see a picture like this: I think of someone who has at least 50 million dollars, because a lot of those cars cost around half a million. Having a garage full of cars like that, means you have to at least be on the higher end of the wealth scale.

    The power of cars

That's mean spirited. We all have flaws in our physical appearance, including yourself. I think that girl is actually setting a good example for other Arab girls; that they should be able to do whatever they want in life whether it's against religious tradition or not.
