Ask me anything about eCommerce (Ongoing)

    GOLD!
Hey Kenric, I'm in the final home stretch of sending my first mass production batch of widget into Amazon for FBA. I've researched and got conflicting answers so I hope you can shine some light on this issue: I am selling an item that comes in 4 sizes. I should purchase 4 UPC codes...

Making Money For Dummies (And In a Crowded Market)

    GOLD! HOT!
Killing it, brother. Long time no type. I was going to say hope all is well but I know it is :) Re: dating scene, it can be tough for sure. I still go out when I need to, usually just to clubs, bars, and lounges so I can socialize. Otherwise my mind would be completely insane since like most...

24 Years old: QUIT six-figure Job, Launched two Businesses, Over $25M+ Sales

    GOLD!
This is awesome, my friend. I read the thread once before, but will reread again. I have so many friends who are in a similar situation. Stuck in a job they hate, but finally cracked the $100k mark working long hours only to put up with it because it's too 'hard' to leave job security.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I talked to a couple of folks who planned to attend, but could not because of Mother's Day weekend. At this point, the meeting will be postponed until the first Saturday of June because I don't know who is coming for sure. Meeting will be on June 4th at the same place in SaMo.

That's sweet, man. Do you empower your employee to do all tasks while you're away? IE answering to customers complaints, reordering from vendors, etc? I'm still new to this, but when I was choosing my vendor, we communicate daily just to build rapport. My first mass production is en route...

Hey brother, A more general question if you don't mind: because you do pretty large volumes...do you worry much about your business when you are traveling for leisure? IE do you check the numbers on your phone religiously or call your employee. I loved your story of how you had to sell the...

Good stuff, man. What platform did you end up going with? I saw some of your posts in Vigilante's thread when you were still getting information.

You are making me feel old, MJ! :( All kidding aside, amazing thread, buddy! Like others have mentioned your mind state is light years beyond your peers. I'm 30, and I can attest to that...a lot of my friends are still making shit money, spending money they don't have at the clubs, and when...

How often do you freshen up your own websites with new themes or designs? (If at all). I ask because a few small Ecommerce sites I use would change their layouts once in a while. I get they want to not have a stagnant design, but as an end user, the new layout usually confuses me when I'm...

My mom is the same way, man. She thinks I'm crazy for pursuing my project. I also just got my samples last week. So amped. Ran into production issue already. My costs went up a lot. Not too happy about it but I can still make it work. Too bad I didn't get the chance to network with you much at...

First several sales are already made. I am so HYPED. And this is just based from the samples I have shown pictures my friends to. Production is to start next week. I'm 30 years old now and I feel the pressure is definitely on. I'm recently single and spending all of my free time on this...

It's the firs Saturday of each month. Next location isn't decided yet. There's nothing secretive for PMs. You can follow the thread if you want. Some mastermind groups have requirements to meet ie $10k a month revenue to ensure the members are on the same level. I figure with this, anyone who...

BigCommerce Rest In Peace (Alternatives Re: Price Increase)

    WEB/DIGITAL
I read this thread a couple of times, and jotted down notes. Here comes newbie questions: For someone who is new and/or not selling too many product variations, are certain carts preferred? I saved the mentioned carts in this thread and plan on calling them myself to get more info, but...

Hey Kenric, What are your thoughts on heavy items with FBA? I ask because I recently found a complimenting item for my niche. It's probably the size of a mini-fridge so even to get the orders from China would have to be via sea. Just want to know if you've tried any heavier pieces at all and...

it seems I can't edit the original post anymore. The time has been changed to 5PM! Another member requested the time change and since he is the only one planning to attend to my knowledge, I thought it would be fine to change the time. So again, new time is 5pm this Saturday at the same pizza...
