    How would you make money? If you let them stay you would have to pay $500/month for them to be there. If there was A LOT of equity and very little time left on the note it may work in the long run, but it isn't scalable unless you are already very rich.

    Close, but not quiet. If you ask "will you mentor me "the answer will probably almost always be no. Start with what you can offer them. Offer to come work for free. Just do something so that you can spend time with them.

    A millionaire isn't necessarily what you are looking for. There are plenty of 70-year-old millionaires that spent their life in the slow lane. Look for someone that is doing what you want to do and doing it well. Then figure out how you can help them.
