    Youtube implemented Shorts, Instagram implemented reels. I don't use tiktok but I inevitably still use it. It's incredible how it affected every other platform. Like you said they're inevitable. There has to be a way to teach moderation and it probably is very hard.

    Well I just kept going and trying. Most importantly I changed Jobs and found a Better One And MOST importantly I dedicated myself a lot to the Gym. The progress skyrocketed my confidence. So kind of a few things acting together. Don't give up.

    I find that paying for information and courses gets me more likely to finish them. And a mentor can surely give you personalized advice. But still, like you say, you certainly don't need 1-on-1 advice everytime. I've found a lot of info myself. Starting from this forum. Just a lot of digging
