    EXECUTION
The store has been cruising along and the new employee has been doing well. My part-time employee had to leave to take care of family issues. This hasn't been much of a burden as we were heading into the slow season anyways but I expect I'll need a little more help come spring. My main focus...

The downside risk is significant, but it's too early to say that a major top is in. The market can absolutely go higher, but we are set up for a once-in-a-lifetime decline. Passive investing in the market was a fantastic strategy for the past 80 years. I expect things will be very different over...

I agree with the main point. Disagree with a lot of the specifics and hoo boy that video was at least 5x longer than necessary. Finishing is every bit as important in industry as in personal projects. It's just more likely to happen because it's importance is recognized and there are more...

Front came through and dropped 23" of new snow on the mountain, so I just had to go for a drive and check it out As expected, downed trees were blocking the road and had to be cleared. Found lots of snow!

Dead Internet Theory is real. What's going to happen going forward?

    MARKETING
You can transfer a digital image to film, so that doesn't directly verify anything. There's definitely a very real problem with identifying the quality of information. Personally, it seems that information is being corralled, and I see a lot of very similar results even when I'm searing for...

    Split Testing and Statistical Analysis

    MARKETING
Any more info you can share? Maybe share some of the data as an example? How big of a difference are you seeing? I think it's very important to identify both "statistical significance" and "practical significance."

    GOLD! HOT! IMPORTANT!
If you really want to put out a book that will reach teens then consider a graphic novel, aka comic books. Vertical scroll comics are quite popular as a "new" digital format. Deliver the message where they are in a format they're receptive to and it'll have a big impact. I believe this is a...

Don't forget the missing major, critical component: government. Government completely revamped the medical insurance industry 14 years ago and has all but taken it over. There were plenty of problems before but it's gotten MUCH worse and they own it now.
