When I had my ecom a few years ago I had both Fed and State tax i.d.s and a City Permit for running an internet business. I would guess they just want a photocopy of your state tax license. GOLD!kurt... I believe you'll need a tax i.d. Most real wholesalers won't work with you unless you have an EIN and/or a State tax #. If someone does try to work with you without it, be careful because that can be a red flag. Does that answer your question or am I rambling again? :)- Sparlin
