    Flea Market business

I'm not sure what part of New York you are in, but you might consider renting a commercial building. This will allow you to have an established market for repeat customers and it eliminates the head ache of setting up equipment every weekend. Having a building also allows you to stay open in...

    Idea of website...how to design?

    IDEA
Don't worry, it takes a while to catch on to computer lingo. I may be off, but I'll try to explain what I think he means. He can correct me in case I'm wrong. You understand this. Determine what your purpose for the website is by listing your objectives. He is basically just saying...

How can I make a solution to an idea into a business?

    IDEA
Initial thoughts: Your goal is to teach men how to be confident when they are around women. Teaching confidence is good because it’s a quality that many women are attracted to and it translates well into other aspects of life. Not knowing entirely what your intent is, I will assume that...

    Underground Coal Fire

    OFF-TOPIC
According to Wikipedia, there are actually hundreds of these fires. They're called coal seam fires and most of them are found in Pennsylvania. Maybe Pennsylvania can change their state motto to , " We have a Hell of a State!" :dead:

    Underground Coal Fire

    OFF-TOPIC
I've driven through forest fires twice trying to evacuate people. It's amazing how far heat will radiate when it has a concentrated source of fuel. Even though the fire was hundreds of feat away, it was intense.

    Underground Coal Fire

    OFF-TOPIC
According to this, there is a large underground coal fire that has burned for decades. They say it will continue to burn for centuries. The video clip gives you an idea of what it's like. It's too bad someone can't figure out how to tap into all that waisted energy. Few remain as 1962 Pa...

    Recommendations on a web developer?

    WEB/DIGITAL
I agree that it's simple to install WP or many other CMS programs. Her clients just prefer not to invest time learning web development, no matter how petty others consider it. Like you, they would rather spend their time pursuing other priorities (running a business). I think a large part of...

Thanks for answering. I just thought it odd that one of the forum's lead contributors dropped off so suddenly. Hopefully she'll find her way back to civilization eventually or be happy where she ends up. Knowing her, she'll probably be the first person in history to start a Metropolitan...

    EXECUTION
Hey Kinsey, First of all, I have nothing but respect for what you are trying to do and because of your service in the Marines. That said, my opinion (only) is that you need to jazz up your website. The tone you've set is professional, but it feels a little dated to me. You have to...
