    Morning coffee

    HEALTH 
    I haven't been able to drink coffee for several months due to a duodenal ulcer. Before that I drank 2-3 cups per day. Doing exercise of some sort (yoga for me) and drinking plenty of water first thing in the morning has helped tremendously. I'm at the point where the coffee isn't bothering me...
