    Thanks! I'm up to "Daewoo" status! I'm on my way! :) I'm about a year away or so (I have to gather up the funds for a down payment), but I'm getting all my ducks in a row and squashing all unforseen bugs before they become major, and expensive, headaches.

    I hadn't really thought of it that way. I had thought that the best way to go was "buy one, wait, buy another" and do so at a slower pace. So, if I find a decent deal, the bank or mortgage broker will be more willing to work with me on something like that? Thanks for the quick reply though...
