Are you *already* employed to solve problems?
MINDSETI switched from employee to contractor five years ago. I thought I still had to learn a lot back then, but I saw several contractors with my or even lesser skills. I know several people who want to stay employed because of the "safety"... If I could live with the slowlane this could be ok, but...- Rincewind
