Video Hosting Service
WEB/DIGITALNot sure if you have tried these methods, but try compressing the video files. One hour, viewable quality video is about 300 megabytes. Should not take 6 hours to upload a 300 meg movie. Just my 2 cents.- JLaw

Memorable moments in your quest toward the fastlane!!
Neat topic lightning. Interesting stories thus far, I'll add my own. Since I am still jobless, I needed something to do to keep myself from going insane because refreshing craigslist, etc only takes so much time a day. Honestly though, I think it's proving your doubters wrong. My story...- JLaw

TV Shows
I can suggest you not what to watch, my favorite line from Gary (from WineLibraryTV), "Stop F*cking Watching Lost." I agree with Bob, heard good things from Dragon's Den (Dragons' Den | CBC Television). And to vr4playa, I totally understand where you are coming from. I used to watch a lot of...- JLaw

Becoming a Trillionaire!
The Central Bank sets a reserve requirement or required reserve ratio for its banks. The banks must follow these rules if they want to borrow money from the central bank. Extra is right, the US RRR is 10%. By changing the RRR, the central bank is allowed to change the money supply...- JLaw

Becoming a Trillionaire!
One word: seigniorage. I almost did my African Economic Development Thesis on this dilemma but decided against it, little hard to write 25 pages on it because the problem was pretty straightforward. The Zimbabwean's government abused its national currency power, paying for goods/services via...- JLaw

Best business advice you've ever received
HOT!"go where your heart leads you" - anonymous. Pretty self explanatory. Do not do something unless you are sure you want to do it. If it goes sour, you are the one to blame, not your friends or family. Listen to the advices and wisdom, but at the end of the day, the decisions should be...- JLaw

Fastest Way to Find Any Job
OFF-TOPICHCBailly, I agree with MJ, at least your brother is on the right track (not giving up, no negativity around the house, being optimistic). I myself is in a similar situation. I have been job hunting for 2+ months now. I graduated from Wisconsin-Madison with two degrees and I have no luck...- JLaw

How did you find your way to THE FASTLANE TO MILLIONS?
OFF-TOPICThis is actually my second forum ever. The first forum I was part of was Niketalk, that was a good four/five years ago during the typical high school years. I quit once I realized it was going to lead me nowhere in life. Thinking back, niketalk only gave me short term utility satisfaction...- JLaw

Your Dream Car(s)!
OFF-TOPICOh and Ryan, I see we have similar taste in cars hah! I like the first generation G35 compared to the G37. I'm sure you have seen the movie Casino Royale where Daniel Craig has the DB9, too bad they had to ruin it. In Hong Kong, an anonymous man lives in our building complex and he has...- JLaw

Your Dream Car(s)!
OFF-TOPICMy list is pretty simple. I have had this list for quite awhile. The Range Rover would be the family car, especially for the road trips. I can't decide if I would want Audi RS6 (new A4's are really nice too), Benz E Class AMG (not a fan of the CLS, C or S classes) or BMW's M6 (I don't...- JLaw

Your Own Personal Blog at Fastlane?
I agreed with some of the things mentioned previously. I think it can be a great idea to follow updates from different fastlane members through his or her blog. Personally, I think blogs may be easier to follow than posts and threads. While still keeping the messageboard functionality...- JLaw

Well said vr4playa, I couldn't have said it any better myself. Sales is a mind game, a very beneficial and rewarding game if you're good at it. And I have read almost everyone of those success stories, I reread them sometimes for inspirations and when I need some motivation. And to...- JLaw
