    REAL ESTATE
I like to own tropical islands where various models from around the world come to compete for the honour of being one of my many concubines, and workout. *Sits back and waits 8 years for it to come true* What's that? it involved hard work? Ok please revise to "I like to dream about owning...

I love that tactic, very low risk for very high reward. I think I turned a 140th pick backup QB into CJ Anderson in a similar league last week. Personally I prefer auctions because you sit there and watch people vastly overspend for top players/their favourite player/their team. You also get...

    HOT! MARKETING
I get the impression the task you set him would be easy for people with certain research/analysis skills and experience, yet difficult for anyone outside that to produce a quality result. I'm sure he could probably fixate on it and get something done, but where he is now from a beginner...

I'm not going to lie people, even the informal market for the 1st overall pick has been very quiet. At one point it probably could have been had for any other 1st round pick + a nice hot dog.

    Don't bash college

    RANT
Those are amusing lines to put together. The latter is what every 15 year old should probably know. Perhaps hold off advising people about college for a few years.

I'm thinking people are tending to overvalue a high draft spot. After checking the numbers I don't see a huge difference between 1-10 this year and if we did have pick trading I'd trade out of 1st overall for that reason. Interested in opinions on the value of various spots. I suspect the...

Yes. But if you can find a cheaper "Fantasy Turnaround Specialist" who started 1-5 using those utter donkey QBs then went on a ten match winning streak to claim the title, devouring his opponents like Cookie Monster in a bakery, you hire them instead :-)

*hires out my free agent pickup consulting services for huge fee* Look at my resume- -Picked up Odell Beckham last year as he was completely unloved in our league mid-October -After slumming it with starting QBs like Andy Dalton, Blake Bortles, Derek Carr and even Austin Davis, picked up...

If there was trading I could happily trade down to 10, likely pick up Jeremy Hill or Julio, and see what I could fleece you out of for 1st overall pick.

Right now I'm hoping you're wrong because I have Bell as my first choice RB just ahead of Hill, and Beckham as first choice WR just ahead of Brown. Beckham may be the best player there whereas Brown may be the most consistent.

I went with Eddie Lacy at 1, who was ranked about 5 and I decided two minutes before the draft. But the real gold was watching everyone else take all the players I wanted so at 24-25 I took Antonio Brown who I didn't want but the clock was ticking and he was highest ranked guy left. The way I...

Again! I'll carry the huge expectation of not stuffing up 1st overall pick. Then have that brutal wait between pick 1 and 28, even worse than last years 1 to 24. I call that wait the Valley of Sadness, as you watch basically every other elite player disappear. I counted 11 guys I can make a...

How they made $10 Million in 90 days with an app

    WEB/DIGITAL
The article you link to is ok but the first line is its own amusing case study of the internet in 2015.... "I’m sure everyone has this game on their phone at this point" No they don't. Many people do, many people don't. Many people wouldn't know it from a talking bar of soap. People are in...

Risky to say that. I'll pick him if he falls to a certain point. There are guys rated in the 1st-2nd round I'll generally avoid but happily to take in the 25-30 pick range. Are we getting a draft order before the day or the default random 30 minutes before draft thing? I see we have draft...

Has the discraced pitch man hurt the franchise?

    OFF-TOPIC
It's like they'd gotten lazy and forgotten that consumer's expectations are always rising. Subway only arrived here about 10 years ago. Back then it had a novelty and I probably went there every week. Now the idea of getting soggy half-warm microwaved chicken in a sandwich is off-putting. I...

MJ in "get TRich quick" scheme shock. At least wasting a first round pick on TRich would qualify you to be General Manager of the Browns and Colts. I'm wary of your drafting though. Last year Peterson was widely ranked 1st overall, somehow dropped to you at pick 7 or 8 and you passed for a...

Just over a week to the draft, MJ frantically working the phones to trade up to 1st overall pick so he can draft Toby Gerhart again. Looks like a tough year to choose a 1st overall pick too. Could make a case for 5-10 different guys.

    NOTABLE! HOT!
I'm guessing we saw the same documentary or maybe that 911 call was just so awful it gets replayed a lot. Ok she may not have even been able to find a way out but the whole "stay and wait" attitude of the dispatcher was just terrible. Similarly whenever I see anything about the Titanic I think...
