e-com plan subscription to luxury brands

    IDEA
Interesting idea! There are some concepts in the US you can compare your idea to. Express (clothes) offers subscription outfits (as do many other smaller retailers). You trade the clothes back or buy them in various formats. There is a company called Vivrelle that does something around purses...

Listings for landlords renting single rooms

    IDEA
Very cool on the FBA, good luck there, that's a tight market. Side thought: I imagine the owners of the property would take the photos for you when your ready

    Should I Continue YouTube?

    QUESTION
I think you could switch to shorter format - Youtube shorts, tiktoc, they are better right now anyway and take a lot less effort. I watch a guy building a container house air B&B on Instagram reals every day and find it fascinating and it's been interesting to watch him turn it into a funnel...

My FTE -- it's about time

    MINDSET FTE
Well on one hand you have not lived in one place long enough to figure out the market in a place. On the other hand you could probably write a book on moving and having a mobile lifestyle. I bet there is niche or market need you could glean from 54 moves or even something related to why you...

If you love cold calling…no reason you can’t be a millionaire in a few years…

    HOT! IDEA
Yeah thats not bad. I wonder what group of people this disqualifies though. I think you might miss busy people, which may not be the best subset to lose right from jump

If you love cold calling…no reason you can’t be a millionaire in a few years…

    HOT! IDEA
I used to literally go door to door to sell paper to businesses, then AT&T to residences. I didn't hate it, also didn't love it. It was just another thing you do after a while. It did give me a degree of confidence life that 1. if things got tough I could always do that and 2. if I could do...

How would you build a city on top/under the water?

IDEA CHAT EXECUTION REAL ESTATE QUESTION
Interesting problem to work on! One thing to consider: In many coastal cities the water itself is part of the appeal, you'd have to figure out how to get around the entities that control the coast line (in the US the the US government for example) There are countries that are expanding land...

I've Read The Great Rat-Race Escape!

    GOLD! HOT!
Just finished it! Really enjoyed all the break down of the strategy dementated in the story

How to fix poor attention to detail and focus?

    HOT! MINDSET
I'd suggest this book: Peak Mind by Amisha P. Jha. You can get a sampler on the JRE podcast if you care to. Most people struggle with this to some degree. The book has some helpful tools to train your mind to stay in the moment instead of wandering around like a mind likes to

    My Introduction

    INTRO
Welcome! I think marketing beats "management" by leaps and bounds. (management is what I went for) I see advice on here often I agree with that if you can take something that actually gives you some marketable skill off the bat that's a plus (business doesn't do that very well). What I know...

What are your thoughts on going all in crypto in this Recession?

    INVESTING
I don't know about all in per se. I think crypto is a good concept, but I'm not sure which or what will really make it. I personally like the shovel business, I'd be selling miners, space, programing for miners, power, etc etc even just extra hash. You'd get exposer and money right now

Business idea based on hospitality staff shortages

    IDEA
This makes sense to me. I guess in your area bartenders require a certain license like in the USA, so you may need to put some thought into where YOU will get these folks from and why they won't go straight to the bar to work. My guess is that you could work with a bartending school and hire...

    $1 000, 50 days, what business?

    IDEA CHAT QUESTION
Time to go poke around the market! Maybe use that 40 days attending every networking event you can find and talking to everyone. That should find you a market gap

Post all of your ideas and random problems you’ll never execute on...

    GOLD! HOT! IDEA
Here's a half baked from me! An app that lets servers sign up under their restaurants, like door dash, maybe even using door dash to fulfill. Essentially instead of placing the order with doordash, you pick out your restaurant and server on this app, they chat or video with you, they check...

A Specialized Skill or Rat Race Job Proxy?

    IDEA SIDE HUSTLE MINDSET
Well, maybe the facebook specific part, but I'm sure there is at least a degree of transferable skill you can move to somewhere. Maybe try LinkedIn? or TikTok? Lead generation is a very valuable skill in general

    Buying Online Businesses

    INVESTING
Kind of Dan Pena-ish. Seems like you'd be buying it as a cashflowing asset rather then a fast lane type business

Just Started my Service Based Business!

    EXECUTION
Hey Rayan! Congrats! Don't be afraid to literally go door to door for a bit and tell your neighbors, they'll be the easiest to get to at 15 anyway. Might through in dog poop scooping while your at it
