[AMA] Importing & wholesaling for resale on eBay.

    GOLD! SOURCING
I'm actually based in the UK, so the FDA does not apply here. The manufacturer has ISO, MSDS, Free Sale and SGS certifications, so I'm hoping that will be sufficient to keep the wolves from the door.

AMA - Ask me anything on sourcing/importing from Asia..

    SOURCING AMA
Hello, thank you for setting up this thread. Wat is your experience of buying EXW, rather than FOB? Is there anything I need to watch out for?

[AMA] Importing & wholesaling for resale on eBay.

    GOLD! SOURCING
I am in the process of negotiating with a Chinese supplier for a shampoo product. Their prices are EXW, not FOB. Some quick Googling tells me what the differences are, but are you able to provide any advice, based on your experience?

SEO, when is it worth paying for?

    WEB/DIGITAL
If you run an Ecommerce site and you want organic search traffic, you absolutely must fully understand duplicate content. A Wordpress based site using Woocommerce is riddled with duplicate content out of the box, before you've even added anything, so you need to get on this right away. If you...

Ready made software system available for lead generation like limos.com?

    WEB/DIGITAL
I really hope no one builds what you're looking for. An out of the box solution would make it too damn easy for more people to enter the market and compete with those of us already doing it

Done! I bet I'm not the first freelancer to kid myself that I was 'running a business', when actually it is just a better paid job with fewer contractual perks

For this particular mini-project, I don't have a detailed plan. The intention is to learn the nuts and bolts of Amazon FBA, nothing more, so I'd be happy just to shift a few products and break even, even to make a small loss. Out of interest, I know a lot of people here sell their own branded...

Great advice, thank you. Speaking of taking action.... I want to learn Amazon FBA. I have a supplier who has been hassling me to place my first order. I'm going to do that tonight. This will be a break-even exercise to learn the ropes, and to move into the action phase.

Founder of startup wants HUGE salary from the beginning

    HOT! PEOPLE
Sounds like this guy needs to sell up and move on. Pay him a massive salary and he'll sit there getting fat and comfortable, like a dead weight around your neck. Either he needs to move on, or you do.

$120 = 40 hours : Why you should cancel your BS subscriptions now

My mother in law would rather spend an hour washing her car, than pay a team of people at a hand car wash £4.00 to do it for her in 10 minutes flat. Would any of us work for £4.00 per hour? No way! So why spend an hour doing something for the sake of saving the same amount of money?

Thank you! I should probably mention.... My biggest weakness is that I fiddle with a lot of ideas, but most of it is small time. I'm yet to find the big money game. I think a lot of Internet marketeers fall into this trap because we are trained to find niches. The problem is, weighing up the...

Hi guys The desire in me to do something remarkable with my life is so strong.... I can't believe it's taken me so long to find the Fastlane Forum.
