Dane Maxwell AMA-- SaaS, Membership Sites, The Foundation

    NOTABLE! SAAS / APPS EXECUTION
Dane, loved your interviews on Smart Passive Income, Eventual Millionaire, Mixergy. Very informative, inspiring, actionable. I followed a methodology similar to what you teach, and had something horrible happen: A few years ago I had a site on the first page of youtube for a 1m/month exact...

Sharing Pen Name: Pros & Cons?

    PUBLISHING
I do understand it. As with many art forms, the REALLY good stuff comes from a place of emotional truth. Many indie band's "sound" changed when they got signed to a label and they had to appeal to the masses. The moment indie filmmakers start working with hollywood producers the beautiful/genius...

Sharing Pen Name: Pros & Cons?

    PUBLISHING
All I'm writing now is Video Marketing non-fiction. When I start writing fiction, I plan on using a pen-name but I'm not going to secretive at all about it. My main reason for a pen-name would be to avoid confusion. I don't want any potential Sci-fi/Fantasy fans to search my name and find that...

Ah, that's the only thing that really seems to make sense. They can't put your book into a category if they're unsure if that category will even exist after an update. The issue that's in front of you is my BIGGEST fastlane obstacle: Being productive while you're waiting for something. It's...

No thanks. Had a quick look through your site. Really could use some work on the copywriting. I looked at your about page and gave up after the 4th time attempting to read it. Spacing, line length, etc. Get rid of any subjective language like "I believe" and start stating your beliefs a fact...

I don't know if this will get me in trouble or lose me respect, but the first time I read TMF it was a pirated version. At the time I had just gotten laid off for the second time and was looking to make a change, literally had no money. Since then I've purchased a reference copy myself, a copy...

    Eating out almost everyday

    HOT! EXECUTION
It's a goal of mine to eat out more. Changing my environment up really helps unlock my motivation. Making a sandwich myself and then eating it doesn't even register as a footnote in my day. It happens, and I usually eat it while continuing to work. However eating lunch at a local diner, seeing...

    Sept 9th: AMA- Dane Maxwell

I've gotten screwed over by a programmer. I didn't have any base for how long he should be taken, how much money needed to go into it. dude played me like a fiddle, took as much money from me as possible, and left me with nothing. It's a lot better to get involved with something you know the best.

As somebody who's done a lot of pirating in my day, as well as somebody who's had a lot pirated from me... There's really no way to stop people from pirating. If your book gets popular enough, somebody will go ahead and scan the physical copy, turn it into a PDF, and distribute it on a torrent...

    Sept 9th: AMA- Dane Maxwell

Maybe for the foundation, but I'm def. talking about Dane. When I first heard about him it was as a copywriter who flipped niche sites. How Dane Maxwell used copywriting to reach $400,000 in revenue | Business Tips I'm def. remembering a story where he'd hand-transcribe Gary Halbert copy to...

Damn. To tell you the truth I didn't even know today was labor day. I guess it explains why the hell it's taking all my contacts so long to get back to me. They're all "relaxing" or something.

    Sept 9th: AMA- Dane Maxwell
