IDEA #1: Extra income for lead generators

    IDEA
Umm, there are already solutions such as this out there. Tons. Also in my experience, being the lead generator, you have most of the control over your leads and how and who you distribute them to. There are systems such as ping trees and ping post which will take the leads and put them into live...

Fastlane Forum Young Entrepreneurs Mastermind Group

    HOT! PEOPLE
I'll join up. All of the brain dump I put out on IRC nowadays could probably be a bit more useful to young fastlaners. Hell, I might even learn a thing or two.

To lease or not to lease...

This thread, especially Kak's responses (thanks btw), have given me a new route to look into. I currently own a car, free and clear, with about 87k miles on it and can sell it for around $10k. I also have excellent credit, but need more cashflow at this point in time. When looking to lease a car...

    JetsetPlayboy.com, JetsetPlayboys.com, JetsetPlayboy.net domains for sale

    WEB/DIGITAL
Try Flippa.com, sedo.com, or godaddy auctions. Who knows, you might get a bite.

    JetsetPlayboy.com, JetsetPlayboys.com, JetsetPlayboy.net domains for sale

    WEB/DIGITAL
I'm really not sure if selling a domain is allowed here, but the idea for a Fastlane Marketplace is intriguing. As for the domains, "jetset playboy" and the plural version show no volume whatsoever in the Keyword Tool. IMO the domains aren't worth anything as they are.

Can a $2 tool help make you a millionaire?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
My spiral bound notebook contains notes, revelations, idea outlines, to-do lists, client specification lists, and just brainstorming outlines. It is most likely one of my most important tools. I take it everywhere I go just because I might need it.

    Willing To Help Anyone!

Very nice to see another powerlifter around. This time last year I was thinking of competing in the 148 or 165 class. At the time I had a 525 lb deadlift, with not so spectacular squats and bench. I probably could have beaten the state record for deads, but oh well. I should really get back...

Let me just add: Being broke. I'm far away from that now, but it is the WORST feeling I have ever felt.

Legal Document for protecting info / ideas disclosed during a presentation?

    IDEA
You're looking for a simple NDA. Though, as it seems, many people here don't like using them. Which just seems silly to me. If you have spent a ton of time working your a$$ off on something, take the precautionary measure and use one. 5 minutes of both parties time.

Are you using Tumblr for your business?

    HOT! EXECUTION
You need to set up conversion tracking immediately if that is the case. Otherwise, how do you know if they even came from Tumblr? The main thing with Tumblr, that I noticed in the short amount of time I have visited it in the past, is you need to find a relevant demographic that might be...

    Letting friends go..

    PEOPLE
I'm in the same boat, but it doesn't bother me one bit. I haven't been out for much of anything in the past 4 months since quitting my job, but I am less than a week from launch and I still have my close friends. That's all that matters.

More startup capital. I might sell my car.

    F$*& your NDA

Never said it would stop them, but it will be in their mind when and if they go about it. That alone will stop most.

    F$*& your NDA

I absolutely LOVE throwing out unilateral NDA's with a non compete clause. In business, with as many cut throat F*cks as there are, I feel they are necessary at times. If you are only having someone work on one cog in your machine, they probably don't need to sign an NDA. Now if you are looking...

What does your days look like?

    OFF-TOPIC
Being in control of your own life has plenty of perks, but F*ck does it get mundane at times. 7-8am: Wakeup, shower, coffee, then off to the office (AKA studio) 9am-10am: Generally take care of any pertinent emails or tasks that need to be done. Communicating with outsourced workers is starting...
