Quick business for bootstrapping. Feedback appreciated.
HOT!* Instead of having the fading font attempting to sell me and tell me what you do one phrase at a time, I strongly suggest you just present everything you have cycling out in block, non-fading fashion. Because I want to know what you do and how that benefits me, but... I don't want to wait that...- Sasha

Quick business for bootstrapping. Feedback appreciated.
HOT!Love the site, and the other comments covered all the angles I can think of except one. Maybe it's just me, but when I go to your site all I see is a picture, your logo, and four tabs. Personally speaking, especially if I found you organically through a google search for ikea movers, I'd close...- Sasha

Internet schemers
Considering you just wrote a short expose essentially justifying theft/piracy, something tells me you weren't totally misunderstood earlier. I mean, ethics aside, there's something to be learned from piracy right?- Sasha

Internet schemers
Helpful as it may be to some, I don't think you should recommend sites that contain pirated info. What if MJ's book was on there?... Should he not get paid for his work? If someone wants to get something for free, and the owner isn't giving it away, let them figure out how to get it on their own.- Sasha

Staging the Fastlane Process
EXECUTIONThey didn't sell their business, but they certainly aren't/weren't slaves to it either. In the instance in which your intent is to hold on to your business, to have a semi-passive cashflow, you need a different kind of exit plan but an exit plan nonetheless. How do you define semi-passive...- Sasha

New Business Cash needs
PEOPLEI seriously think you need to re-evaluate just how much of a deal what you're offering really is. I, personally, would want a lot more than 5% interest on a $80-100k loan made to someone with no skin in the game, AND to fund a business with no track record to go on. Also, someone with that...- Sasha

How Apple Sidesteps Billions in Global Taxes
TAXES | REGSBased on the tax code, Apple is paying their fair share... Could more of it be going to the U.S. than other countries? Most definitely. However, until our tax rates become more reasonable, I don't foresee that in the near or distant future. As for the individual tax issue, jurisdiction plays no...- Sasha

2012 Beer & Pancakes
HOT!Yes, instead of Phoenix... Boulder? Denver? Where in Colorado and around what time do you have in mind? Also, it seems there's a few regional mid-year meets going on so that's something to keep in mind as far interest/turn out is concerned. I do believe there's a meet up in Vegas, Phoenix...- Sasha

2012 Beer & Pancakes
HOT!Soooo... on a different note... Seeing as how most here expressed a willingness to go somewhere other than Phoenix to check out Napa and Russ' B&B, but Wine & Waffles doesn't seem likely anymore, would you guys be interested in a Beer & Beaches event in Ocho Rios, Jamaica?... From 30 sec. plus...- Sasha

Money Lending business?
People who borrow for vacations, cars and etc. typically consider what they can afford to pay now, given their current income. People who borrow for investment typically consider what they think they'll be able to pay, based on what they think they will make in the future... as a result of what...- Sasha
