    Yes, PACS, RIS, some EHR, etc... Those files are flat files. Storage location stored by the DB and queried based off of unique ID (MRN, Accn number, etc) I do a lot of software based work too. vSphere, Hyperconvergence, OS (Windows and Linux) etc.
