    Discord or Slack Group?

Is there a way you could offer MJ to link it into his site, so that only registered users on this site would be able to get into that group, and the group would be accessible through this same url?

Other people who've done it can give you better advice, but this sure feels backwards to me. It looks like idea is, first you'll put an enormous amount of time, effort, and money into building something because you're sure people will love to pay for it. After that's done, you'll try to find a...

Hi Rafat, I think fvcorp's response is perfect. Have you read MJ's Fastlane book? If not, I recommend you look here for discussion of his NECTS principles, in particular, control. Suppose you do set up your web site. What is to keep someone else from doing exactly the same thing, and...

    building website

Hi Michael, this a great forum for that. There are several threads here about web dev (both technical and business sides), and several people including myself who have a background in different aspects of web technology. I think it would be really helpful for you to say a little more about...

That can happen, but if you eventually stop digging, it is possible to climb out of the hole and get back in people's good graces. (A voice of experience here!) You are starting in such a gracious, respectful, polite way that I think people will easily give you the benefit of the doubt here.

Don't underestimate that. Just from having had different life experiences than other people, you might happen to know about something that would be new for someone else. Also, you can say thanks for pointing that out; can I ask you a follow up question; how did this work for you; I hope to do...

I think you have that alright, right here in these forums. Make a post where you ask for people to discuss, push, and criticize something you'd like to share, and you'll get those responses.

I saw an interview with Alex Van Halen (the family drummer) where he mentioned in his high school years, he'd go out on a date while his brother Eddie (the guitarist) sat on his bed and played his guitar... he'd come back six or eight hours later and Eddie would still be sitting on his bed...

That may be a way to prevent a losing plan from going off the deep end. But, be wary... apparently the business plan for Federal Express, was a business class project that only got a mediocre, C-minus grade.

It's under served IF there are enough people who'd be willing to pay more for that extra level of service. But, not if people wouldn't pay more. For example, many people don't want to pay a penny more a month for cell phone service, but would willingly upgrade to the Concierge Luxury Floor for...

If there's not already a discussion here on the whole "P.T."/expat/offshore thing, this seems like the kind of forum where people might be able to share a lot of perspective on that topic.
