Close to finishing the MLF, confused on how to start pursuing the fastlane?

    INTRO
Hardest part is figuring out what to do and what works. Keep trying things and failing and you'll find something that clicks.

Alex Hormozi. What is your opinion? Mine is (mostly) negative.

    GURUS
I bought one of his books and to me it's just a blatant copy of Dan Kennedys stuff but for less than 1 euro I can't complain

    Starting a carpet cleaning business

    NOTABLE! HOT! EXECUTION
No. Christmas will be the busiest time of the year. People like to show off their home. Jan and Feb can be dead.

There's a Facebook group called Cleaners Connect and the guy who runs it Courtney Lee is big into hardwood floors. He puts up a ton of stuff about it and he's making a few g's a day from it. Things seem a lot different in the US compared to Ireland, alot more money floating about over there...

Growing My Cleaning Business - My Journey

    EXECUTION
First I'd set up GMB as it takes a few days or even weeks to confirm your business as Google has to send out a code. Then I'd build a website out. You can build decent websites these days using WordPress and Elementor but it does take some time to learn. Once that's done you can start running...

    Starting a carpet cleaning business

    NOTABLE! HOT! EXECUTION
I know a lot of the guys in America use a CRM called Markate. If you're only starting out then you won't need any phone answering service. Buy a headset or airpods and answer it yourself. When you start out try keep costs low and put your money into finding leads and getting sales.

Creating a referral system for a commercial service business

    MARKETING
That should work for commercial clients too. If they pass on some work your way could you not give them 5% off or something like that.

    IDEA

    Any gym owners in here?

    IDEA
I'm going through all this over the next few days but just wanted to know what it's like to run a gym. Maybe they aren't very profitable run because it looks like there could be a lot of overhead. I definitely won't have control over the gym for the first few years because I'll be renting the...

    Any gym owners in here?

    IDEA
I couldn't find anything about gyms in the search area so was wondering if anyone ever tried to start a gym or currently owns a gym and what are the costs involved in opening and running a gym? I know I'll have to find a location to rent and buy gym equipment which will be expensive. The idea...

    IDEA
Code academy is good. Not sure how long it takes as I'm learning this myself.

That's great you've found something that's working. There's always money to be made in cleaning as everything needs to be cleaned. Nice move on getting the commercial contract's. I'm mostly domestic but would like to get more commercial work. I want to move into floors because it's indoors and...

Growing My Cleaning Business - My Journey

I think I have about 20 grands worth of it from floor polishers to carpet cleaning machines and a...

Andrew Tate Banned? A prime example of the Commandment of Control

    HOT! IDEA
Can't say I liked him before but had a listen to the 5 hour podcast on the PBD Podcast and by the end of it I must admit that I admire the man and how social media, apps and banks come together all at once to ban you if they don't like your opinions is quite scary.
