    MINDSET
I used a lot of those language apps but the best thing for me learning Spanish was an audio book by Paul Noble

    Stop reading self-improvement books

    MINDSET
Reading books has changed my life but I do agree with you that some people can get caught in an endless cycle of reading personal development books and take no action.

Growing My Cleaning Business - My Journey

    EXECUTION
I've had a cleaning business for over 3 years now. During this time I have never taken it seriously as I hated it. I've always wanted to have a "sexy" online business while I kept the cleaning business as my job. I have an Ecom store that does 6 figures a year. This will soon be ending as me...

Why does MJ tell the truth? Lying would make him more money.

    HOT!
I think telling the truth made him even more unique which has probably made him more money than if he was like Dan Lok and people of that ilk.

I love Klaviyo too but even that is being affected by the new iOS updates. I don't think you can track open rates, click's or sales anymore if it's on iphone. This seems to be the way things are going for all platforms.

Fed Up With Your Country? Where Is Left to Go?

    HOT!
Yeah that's why it seemed even more strange to me that they brought in this rule now and it's all supposed to be ending in October. I can walk freely around a gym, workout beside people, touch gym equipment but I can't sit down and watch a movie til October 22nd

Fed Up With Your Country? Where Is Left to Go?

    HOT!
I'm officially done with Ireland. Last month I could go to the Cinema. I walked into the cinema tonight and now I can't enter unless I provide a vaccine cert. Where's the cert for eating healthy, exercising everyday and taking vitamins? I looked in the cinema and it was empty. Are these...

Can't Hurt Me: by David Goggins, Review and Discussion

    HOT!
I'd give this book 4 out of 5. I like how he turned his life around by being mentally tough. Although he is extreme and sometimes stupid. I can only imagine the artrithis he's going to have when he's in his 70s.

    GOLD! MINDSET FTE CHAT
I've never had an FTE but I have had an awakening moment. I was working 14 hour shifts in Manchester England on construction sites for £1000 a week. One day when I was in the gym, I saw a TV show of an entrepreneur who didn't get started til he was 29. I stayed on the threadmill for an hour...
