Can't Hurt Me: by David Goggins, Review and Discussion

    HOT!
I read Goggins book but I think a book that offers even more insight into the type of guy he was the Living With a Seal book. Goggins comes across as totally nuts in that book.

    MINDSET
I've been here when I first started. Wanting to do one thing while working on another thing. It took me 4 years to realize it but my cleaning business was the thing that was working well all along for me but I wasn't focusing on it because I wanted to do something online. Anyway, it's all part...

    Is Entrepreneurship Lonely?

    QUESTION
I'm working harder than ever. All my money goes back into the business. I don't have much hobbies now apart from the gym. Maybe it's just a temporary thing for me. Maybe I'm seeing my friends enjoying their weekends while I'm working and I'm thinking why aren't I there? I have a cleaning...

    Is Entrepreneurship Lonely?

    QUESTION
Yeah I get that totally. I feel like I'm an alien talking to my friends . No one wants to go through the sacrifices now for a better future. This forum is great but I'd love to find more people in my own area.

    Is Entrepreneurship Lonely?

    QUESTION
Since 2018 I've changed my life around. I went from a guy who was wasting his days away working in construction and partying. I was on the road to nowhere. Now I have a business, I read, I self improve, I'm healthy, I don't drink at all and I feel good. The only getting me down is that I'm...

Now reading the Courage to be Disliked which is free on Kindle if you're a prime member. Pretty good book so far. Also started reading Tom Jones autobiography, yes the singer from Wales. I actually like this book. He was a guy going nowhere in life and got a lucky break and took it.

I thought the same. I liked the way he described things and life lessons he learned a long the way, especially the way he worked hard and used his skills while in Auschwitz, didn't complain and tried to remain positive throughout. Don't forget to hug your mother, I shed a tear reading that part.

Currently reading The Happiest Man on Earth Seen it mentioned here before and got in on my Kindle. It's a good a read and makes you feel so lucky to be alive today compared to Jews living in the 1940s era. The books gives you an insight into his life as a Jew before, during and after WW2 living...

    Perry Marshall's Espresso Machine Principle

    MARKETING
I read that book a few months ago and for a small book it has some quality info in it. The coffee machine concept can be added to any business. Dan Kennedy talks about this too. There's always going to be one customer who wants to spend more.

Currently listening to Hitler by Ian Kershaw. It's a 40 hour listen but I've a big interest in WW2 history so finding it easy to listen to. The book is very well done so far. No boring monotonous details. I don't think there's a greater story in history of how a guy who was a total bum artist...

They won't if they want to build a fastlane business instead of playing basketball but the post was about taking a job as a high paid CEO. You guys are trying anything so people will say yes to taking a high paying job because that's what you want to do.

    HOT! CHAT
This is a pretty dumb comment. Getting a job to fund your business is getting something easy like a security guard so you still have time to build your business. Getting a job as a CEO in a big company will take up most of your time, long hours and leave you exhausted with little to no time to...
