I hit a wall, would like some opinions

    WEB/DIGITAL
Yep. More work = More money. The easy way will get you no where. Read up on MJ's commandment of entry. If everyone's doing it (Apps), then it must be easy and probably not too profitable. The reason 99.99% of people wouldn't try doing something with the Tea is because it's too much work.

Trying to get the big guy's attention

    WEB/DIGITAL
I've researched this a little bit a while back and according to everything I read or everyone I spoke to, companies do not pay outsiders for advertising ideas. They might use your idea if they like it but the chances of you getting anything for it are slim to none.

I agree. Try seeing if you can do something with the Tea. That sounds like a way better opportunity IMO.

Products that Failed First Time on the Market

I'm looking for a list of products that failed their first go-around on the market. I'm looking to make some sort of rebuttal list for my product. There have been products out there that were similar that didn't work out too well. With a few changes to the design, one which was absolutely never...

Shark Tank Roundtable - Their Best and Worst Deals

    EXECUTION
I think there are a lot of people that go on the show not planning on cutting a deal with the sharks. Your putting your product or company in front of millions of viewers. What could be better than that. The guy with the wine labels went on twice with no deals. I don't believe he was really...

Any books/videos that CHANGED your life? Especially on confidence

    HOT!
Great post Socal! I would recommend reading "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. It might be the single most enlightening book I have ever read. It opens your eyes to many things that you probably never thought of when dealing with people. Another great book by Dale...

I need a US based manufacturer for a machined metal product

I tried the US thing and found it to be way to expensive. I wound up using a manufacturer in China for a fraction of the price. The best thing about my manufacturer is he is based in LA and his partner is overseas. He speaks perfect English and has been a huge help. Our product is of better...

The secret that was left out of The Millionaire Fast Lane Book

    GOLD! EXECUTION
Create a great product or service that fills a need and customers will come to you. Word of mouth is the best advertising and I can think of a ton of other ways to advertise for nothing or next to nothing. If your creative you'll figure it out. Just like vigilante said, you need to take the word...

    Running.... love/hate relationship

    MINDSET
Blahhh. I think it is. Lol. To me, that's like trying to license a product because it's easier and less work. I like doing the hard work and that includes fitness too. I feel that running is way harder and I exert way more energy than on the elliptical. I tried breaking a sweat on that thing but...

    Running.... love/hate relationship

    MINDSET
Nice! I'm sure you've been dieting pretty good too. Dieting is just as important as exercise. You gotta keep it up though. I've seen so many people get in the best shape of their lives and revert to their old bad habits within a few months, usually never to return to that awesome shape they were...

    Running.... love/hate relationship

    MINDSET
Nah, the elyptical is the lazy man's exercise machine. Running burns way more calories. Especial if you do interval training. I prefer running outdoors compared to the treadmill though. Treadmills can get very boring if your running at intensity that's too high to read or pay attention to a tv...
