No it's not Shark Tank. I apologize for getting anyone excited. LOL I will however be on the Food Network show "Chopped". This Sunday night at 9pm. Watch me compete against 3 other firefighters from different cities in a very crazy, stressful competition. I can't give away any details until...

    Amazon Fullfilment

    PEOPLE
Quick Question - When I ship my own orders, I send a nice letter thanking the customer for their purchase. I've been searching through FBA, and haven't found an option anywhere to do that. Does anyone know if this is possible to do with FBA?

I want to thank everyone who pushed me into doing FBA. Loving it so far! Just when I thought sales would almost come to a stop after the holidays, they picked right back up. Not where they were, but considering it's after Christmas, I'll take it. And all through Amazon FBA. The best part is -...

I'm not sure if I know anyone who does Paleo that restricts their calories. What are you talking about. You may be referring to that Isagenix scam. Paleo isn't about losing weight. It's about proper nutrition. It makes you feel great. I'm 36 years old and I make my 2 year old niece tired. My...

    Juicing and Protein

Thanks Jon! I love my Omega. Just don't like the whole clean up process. I use the Nutri Bullet when I'm out work. It's quick and easy. Don't have the time there for a masticating juicer. My usual juice is Celery, carrots, spinach, kale, berries, lemon, and sometimes parsley, or swiss chard...

    Juicing and Protein

Jon, Quick Question. Which do you prefer. A juice extractor, or something like a nutri bullet. Is one better than the other? From what I understand, extractors allow you to absorb more vitamins, but they get rid most of the fiber. Nutri bullet type juicers, or blenders, keep the fiber. Correct...

@Determined2012 - No reason to respond. Arguments not going anywhere. I made my points based off facts. Maybe if he took the time to read, or research my points, I'd respond. He Didn't look at one link I sent him. Even if he did, it's a waste of my valuable time. I thought I knew everything at...
