    Any tips for someone who's been eating REALLY bad and wants to slowly ease into something healthier? I've been eating a lot of fast food, processed shit, & lots of sugary drinks. I've tried cutting them out but it's such a deep addiction that reinforces itself when energy gets low.

    You're 100% right on that. I've decided to suck it up temporarily as the future is unclear right now. If we go into a prolonged recession then I'll need every penny I can get. I'll just work the business on the side on my days off for extra income. Thanks for the input!
