So frustrating..Difference between action faking vs action taking is immense. 10 calls in and all that info from books went right out of the door. People just slamming the phone, rejecting me especifically when I call and tell them HOW they can improve and that they don't even have to pay me and...

Update: Today I spent a good half of the day redefining my "why". It took a lot to see things in a different perspective but my head feels so much lighter. I understand the meaning of HELPING now..It's just about helping that one person, and then it just snowballs..but the focus should be...

man im getting goosebumps understanding things. Its no wonder why in my most spiritual moment when I was reading Eckart and practicing being in the moment 100% of the time I was my happiest. It's also no wonder why I don't know where to start. Its because im still thinking in the "what can I do...

You're absolutely right. For a while I have been focusing on changing my mindset from money to "value-vouchers". I get everything that's been said, I am soaking it in and its all finally clicking in my head. About having a clear purpose, about asking "what value can I provide to somebody else"...

Just listened to both. Your speech when talking to Nico about trying to start an agency without even having clients clarified so much about my past mistakes. Also the part where you say pick an income that you know you are reaching for a REASON. Instead of saying, "I want 10k a month", its...

I see that copy writing is huge in all areas of business. Essentially you learn to sell yourself in writing and then eventually sell your business Yeah I just listened to those two podcasts @Andy Black posted..Jesus straight gold. I realize that I was trying to niche down the wrong way. I was...

Sweet. It seems you are more of like a Personal Brand right now moving to expand to take yourself out of the equation? What books do you suggest reading for this path? And what have you found is the biggest selling point when pitching to businesses? Also what businesses did you focus on...

Yeah I'm starting to see it differently. Especially in a business where its a saturation of services and value as opposed to a commodized business like dropshipping a product where all that matters is price + speed. I can see that if you can bring up your value attributes(what MJ talked about...

You're probably right. Right now the "technical" part of it is saturated but if you can do both the skills AND the creative, businessy aspect of it its a gold mine. I think you misunderstood my post and sorry if you felt that way. You're absolutely right. I meant I felt like I was creating no...

You're absolutely right. And I work daily to improve my thinking regarding my parents..I still have that "past" mentality when it comes to them and I want to have a better relationship. I just want them to accept me and view me as an entrepreneur without action(really bad on my part and you shed...

    General feeling of "lost" advice

Thanks guys I think its eye opening to look back and pat myself for what I've accomplished just by changing my mindset... I feel the old me was a different life. I can still remember some months back being bed ridden and blaming my childhood for all my circumstances. I still remember telling...

    General feeling of "lost" advice

I see the responses and I can't wait to join the "he doesn't get it" club. When you start taking action I bet you start to see things so much different and questioning yourself on why you waited. Its like that person that spends a month figuring out "should I read this book OR this book" when he...

Damn that's crazy interesting. That's like predictive stats on steroids. But just imagine how many things you can create with that knowledge and sell. Definitely something I will look into once I get more Python knowledge.

    General feeling of "lost" advice

Hey guys. First I wanted to say that I've read a couple of posts and you guys are the most direct to the point group I've seen. No sugarcoating just straight what the person needs to hear. I've already introduced myself before but a rundown: 20. Unfortunately doing the college thing. But...

That's absolutely right, they're not exclusive. Having coding abilities just extremely automates that process, but right now as my income screams..I don't have the luxury to be asking for luxury(if that makes sense). I'll email some Pros also and see what their opinion is. Regarding parents...
