MARKETINGAs andy said test with google ads as will be easier to get some wins as less variables. Facebook will work but you going to really need to dial in your messaging so the $250 if you haven't done any direct response type ads will be consumed on playing with ads and testing copy over and over. We sometimes fire employees, should we fire a client also?
MINDSETI've learnt this lesson this year as sometimes it been suck it up as cashflow is tight. And the lesson for me is I'm not doing enough to keep my sales pipeline full. As I would have turfed them if I had a line of people to replace them.- markspray
