Hello from a 15 years old guy :D

    INTRO
@Levin, I have a nephew who just graduated from high school at age 15. Is there any way, in Switzerland, that you can perhaps take an alternative route to speed things up for yourself, but still graduate? Also, consider that if you stay in traditional school, you might be able to help your...

2020 Fastlane Summit, Tickets Now On Sale! (SOLD OUT!)

    MEETUPS
A four hour delay, on the plane, would be awful. I don't mind delays, just let me stay in the terminal. I don't want to do it in that sardine can. Maybe you could sign up for TSA Pre-check. It's $85 for 5 years, and it doesn't take very long to get. This trip will be my first flight using my...

2020 Fastlane Summit, Tickets Now On Sale! (SOLD OUT!)

    MEETUPS
I don't mind flying, but I hope a marathon session on the tarmac never happens to me. If I get stuck on the tarmac, then I will just chew a hole in the plane.

“Give and Take” by Adam Grant

    BOOKS
I have a Kindle now - instant gratification, no reading glasses required, it's backlit so I can read in the dark. Perfect. And, I think I will buy this book, @Andy Black. It sounds interesting! Thanks for the recommendation.

Needs to be said... sell the DAMN motorcycle.

    HOT! RANT
I'm glad you're okay, so that what @AndyBlack said below didn't happen to your family. My brother was in a motorcycle accident when he was in college. Traffic had stopped to let a lady across, and he was in a turn lane. She pulled into his lane, and he broad-sided her. He crushed the frame of...

    Move out parents home?

I'd personally stay with your parents, because @ecommercewolf is right, living expenses are always greater than you expect them to be, and you can hang out at their place, like @PinPointing suggested. If you want to move out on your own, do what @foodiepersecond suggested, and get a place...

2020 Fastlane Summit, Tickets Now On Sale! (SOLD OUT!)

    MEETUPS
@Primeperiwinkle, I'm just picturing how @JunkBoxJoey_JBJ is going to get there with all of those lobsters - put them in a dog crate with all their claws rubber-banded together? This would probably mean you'd have to drive, @JunkBoxJoey_JBJ, because the airlines might get excited about the...

I'm korean and I read 'The millionaire Fastlane'

    INTRO
Hi Logan! MJ actually does reply quickly, but he is planning a conference right now, so he might not respond. He makes comments on this forum often, though. I hope you are able to use the forum, becuase it would be hard to translate back and forth between Korean and English. Good luck to you!

Oh, no! Thanks for the warning. I eat fish that I catch myself, so my personal policy is not to eat seafood that far from the coast.

    MINDSET
Good luck with your business, @VisionNN! and good luck to you, too, @Champion! I quit my job also, mid-June, so that I can focus on business ventures.

Welcome to the forum, @jinsol9483! Yep, same. I wished I had read it 20 years ago, but I didn't. I read it last summer, and I have made many changes since then.

    Aircraft Mechanic seeking fastlane!

    INTRO
Also, here is a link to the Summit thread that @Primeperiwinkle was talking about. We didn't have a summit last year, so I am looking forward to this one. It will be my first one. https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/2020-fastlane-summit-tickets-now-on-sale-limited-qty.91304/page-5

    Aircraft Mechanic seeking fastlane!

    INTRO
I agree, @Kid - if I do AirBnb, I will make sure I have an exit plan, and to prevent getting caught by the laws, I would probably buy in a place that is zoned for multi-family.

    Aircraft Mechanic seeking fastlane!

    INTRO
Welcome to the forum, @James90! I am about to start real estate investing myself, and I also decided to get my license to help. I take my test on November 15. I've been leery of AirBnb for the very reasons you are talking about - municipalities are catching up with laws regarding them so you...
