Is Perspective the Death of Ambition?

    MINDSET
I don't think that the goals of appreciation and striving to be your best self are at odds with one another. “Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas...

    REAL ESTATE
@steelandchrome and @Sauce, thank you both for posting these articles. It's interesting that the newly developed PLS is an effort to keep agents relevant and bypass the impact of large sites like Zillow, Realtor, and Trulia. Between PLS and the lawsuit, I think both articles could point to a...

    Moving the Needle on Probability

    NOTABLE!
Thanks for bumping, @MJ DeMarco ! Somehow I missed the video, and it is a really good explanation. I took a couple of photos of the graphics, Starting Probability for Success and the one with things we have control over, as reminders of how to affect probability.

I just put my house up for sale and no one I know understands why

    HOT!
I was going to suggest renting unused rooms on Airbnb, if your area is near companies that might have temporary employees, but I just checked out Birmingham on Sperling's Best Places, and while properties have appreciated by 11% in the past year, they are down nearly 5% for the past 10 years...

Have you considered speaking to a class at a university or offer to speak at a tech conference, and you could sell your book on the side. Also, you could write a guest blog and have a link to your book and website as part of your signature.
