    Yes, start out with how much you want to make, and then divide it into time, people, ads, sells to see if it is truly realistic. Take it back to it's finest point. So you have an exact plan on making it happen. I feel if most people did this, they would realize their idea would never work.

    Been there, done that. Got the t-shirt. It is awesome. But it gets old. I didn't own a model agency, but for 8 years my office was across the hall from one. Made a deal with the owner that any girls looking for a job, send them over. She would send a few over every month. Good times.
