    $6k.. That's funny. $12k.. Maybe, but I would still say no.. $18k.. Getting closer. House paid off, and have enough to pay cash in the bank. Now you are talking. There is a reason 99.999% of people do not own an exotic.. It's usually because 99.999% cannot truly afford it.

    Pay off debt, open a business? Soo boring.. first, go buy yourself a nice car.. then put some 22" shoes on it.. Get the radio/dvd's all set up. Loan some out to friends and family. Take the rest and blow it in Vegas. That is what I would do. You can always pay off debt and open a business...
