Does anyone "need" to workout to feel their best?
HOT!On days that I don't work out or simply can't due to this or that, my mood just feels sub optimal. I'm not sure if it's "healthy" or not to sort of rely on it. I've been working out consistently for 7-8 years now and the thought popped in my mind as I sit here working. I haven't workout out today.- K.Y.

How do you maintain consistent state?
MINDSETI've found that whenever I get into a rut or run into obstacles I end up neglecting my workouts/eating. If I don't workout for more than 3 days or so, I get a depressed and defeating feeling in my subconscious. Same with my eating habits and if I sleep in. What do you do consistently to keep...- K.Y.
