    Not specifically, but I also haven't looked hard. None of my current clients have a heavy enough presence on eBay to make it worth it. We just import transactions or do a direct feed from Paypal.

    They can and often are (think Bush era taxcuts, 179 deduction, bonus depreciation, etc). It just makes it frustrating to plan when they don't make things permanent.

    There are quite a few pros and cons that we're still reading through in the accounting world. One thing I find interesting: the corporate changes are written as permanent, the individual changes all expire.

    I just provide the information. Since you aren't my client, what you choose to do (or not do) with that information is ultimately a business decision on your end, taking into account the amount of risk you are comfortable with.

    Why? Given the choice at the end of the year of giving more money to the government, or keeping it for myself, I will keep it for myself every time. I'll get old and use it eventually - if I give it to the government I may never get it back.
