HOT! CHATYep E-bikes but just "cooler" I believe, they're probably pretty good bikes for more rural area's. Problem here was that most young people would get the limiter removed so they could get up to the same speeds as moped's or even faster. Some of the accidents look truly terrible.- PursueLiberty
