You being specifically for students is already a decent USP, maybe a site + extension for the people that think it will be useful? Love the action taking!

Sorry but because you’re being intentionally vague no one is able to help, you are basically saying: “Here is this super specific real life question about which you can’t know anything but I would like it if you give me nice, informed applicable advice” I make this mistake as well on this...

How Marketing Agency Owners Chase Thousands and Ignore Millions

    MINDSET
Most people on this forum probably have read Simon Sinek’s book “Start with why”, I think your initial post ties in with this. He talks about how Apple is able to go in a multitude of business directions because their core mission is not tied to a specific product. What is your take on...

True, it’s the search of this “answer” when that true answer aka your purpose or calling is already inside of you. You can only discover this by going out there and working on the stuff that matters to YOU. In most cases you will find great satisfaction in helping the world in some way, I’ve...

Agreed, I went for a walk after I commented on your post and thought “Better to have no mentor than a shitty Youtube mentor”. This forum would be a much better start but it’s harder to find, as are all things worth our time. Never seen a MJ interview, I’ll check the stuff that you linked.

I got tagged even though it says cameraman lol, I have no past knowledge of Wordpress and my developer told me I could pick one. But Kit.com as recommended seems fine for now

Although I agree with most of what you say I think that with some of these "self improvement" YouTubers there are some video's that can make you think differently about certain topics. I don't watch Youtube or content in general but when things slow down in my business I sometimes enjoy a video...

For the past 3 months I've listened to every new Alex Hormozi podcast and this guy is insane, he's repetitive sometimes but that's because what he does and teaches simply works. Don't know Alex Becker or Sam Ovens I'll check them out. Charlie Morgan has cool content but you have to pick the...

To make sure I've got no woman in the red dress, I want to check my pivot to the mediation offer through CENTS. Here we go! Initial offer (plumbing/instalment subcontracting service): Control = Decent control over arbitrage, and full decision capability over the accepted projects Entry =...

I want to add a newsletter plugin to my Wordpress site, it has been build by a developer and I only know shopify (a bit). Anyone here with a recommended plugin? Mailpoet or Omnisend are top picks, any experience here? Thanks

I’m actually converting too well at the moment, so I’ve paused the ads. I got 6 conversions of which 3 were pretty high quality, the constraint is that I don’t have the network and systems to actually mediate for these freelancers. I have around €30K of work left from now till mid June so I’ll...

@Andy Black headline of the ads is now congruent with the keyword, budget has been doubled. I'll share a before and after on metrics in 2/3 days. What I'm seeing now is that if people search for "company name employment agency" they find my site, would you add these company names as negative...

Almost forgot! Here are pictures of the office. The top floor is almost 3,5 meters high in the back so I’m wondering what to do with that space, maybe a big LED sign. First need to move and start making bigger €€€ in the new city. Exciting times

    Building a Clothing Brand at 19 - B R E A T H E

    EXECUTION
You must not have met some of my student friends who let certain t-shirts ship from USA or England with €30 extra shipping costs just because “the brand is so cool”. There is a lot out there and a lot of brands fail and some make it, but that sounds like business in general to me. I would order...

First freelancer lead came in about 2 days ago via the Google ads(probably I'm setting up conversion tracking). Currently at a CTR of 7% for the freelance campaign and 1,3% for the client campaign, going to sit in for a few hours with a fresh mind this weekend to optimise and make some changes...

New to Fastlane: Feedback on My Home Services App

    INTRO
As a "home repair pro" this is exactly why I don't use these kind of apps. Homeowners can place an ad for free so they think "oh we'll see" then the handyman pays a fee to get access to their info and the home owners 9/10 times don't even respond to your message. If you could fix this and create...
