Negotiating vs. Low-Balling
HOT!Something I learned last year while looking for a two-unit property in my area from my realtor... If you're going to stake your reputation on the way you negotiate a deal, don't insult people. If a property is for sale for $129,000 but you want to end up purchasing it for $112,000, don't go...- Merkin Man

Google's April Fools joke
FUNNYFunny. I just logged into my Gmail and saw the same thing. I immediately thought it was a joke (or did I?)... They did a similar spoof on April Fool's either last year or the year before. I forget what the catch was then, but it was pretty funny also.- Merkin Man

How to develop your PLAN
HOT!I was going to start out by apologizing to Russ for never getting back to him way back in September when he challenged me to write out my goals and formulate a plan. However, the only person who suffered from my lack of action is Me (sorry Russ). It is now six (SIX!) full months later and...- Merkin Man

Stagnating Ideas
IDEAI hear 'ya loud and clear!!! I don't have any clear-cut advice, but only my own story to back yours up with... I have had an idea floating around in my head for about 4 months now. Something I know nothing about, but I know would be a big seller if constructed and marketed properly. Right...- Merkin Man
