Trying Something New After watching the creator of annoying orange talk about his videos and how annoying orange popularized itself, I decided I will take time every now and again to experiment with different types of videos. They may not be perfect, they may be successes or failures, but...

Where did you watch the ice cream scoop video? That was for Castleforge before I decided to do this channel (those videos are what inspired me to do this channel, actually) Check the videos posted in this thread for Rebelfund videos (Youtube.com/rebelfund) Maybe, but it's 50 views/hr to buyers...

Relying on hope set me back further from my goal

lol. You can still do this idea with $0. Secure the work FIRST, and then take the $, and hire the people for it. I know I'm missing the point of the post, but this is something interesting we should all keep our eyes open to. You don't need $ to make $. You can start most ideas with $0 if you...

7-14 twitter posts/day, sharing links, quotes, retweeting others. Links to my videos peppered in. No facebook activity really, so just automated sharing. I literally have no audience aside from friends and family on facebook and really nothing to offer. Rather than split my focus and figure out...

Automated @Replies Update: I eneded up doing research and finding a workaround that let me STILL autotweet @replies to followers. I won't be sharing it here. It's against twitter TOS and I don't want people to know about it, because it's giving me a good traffic boost right now. How do people...

Why Bitcoin will do to banking what the cell phone did to communication

    WEB/DIGITAL
Whenever I talk about bitcoin people look at me like I'm some extremist. There's a LOT of unnecessary infrastructure, regulations, and middle men when it comes to currency. Why the heck do I need a bank? Why are they even there? Why do they exist? Once upon a time they were NECESSARY, but...

    Christmas presents

    MINDSET
I don't want/need anything. I'm just happy to spend the time enjoying the snowfall and the christmas music, honestly. I REALLY love christmas music. But people feel good about themselves when they buy you things. They feel guilty buying for EVERYBODY ELSE except you. and they don't want it to...

Quick Hustle: How I made $2,000 on Teespring

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
Every year around Christmas I make a few hundred bucks off of my Zazzle shirts: http://www.zazzle.com/cherrycards/gifts?pg=1&ps=90 http://www.zazzle.com/thesavepoint and about 2 other stores with different products. It's not a ton of cash, but I spent a few days creating them a few years ago...

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Is this entire thread legit? It doesn't feel like it at all. So all of a sudden EVERYBODY'S hopping on the idea? Why? Selling T-shirts for a quick profit is nothing new, and print-on-demand's been around a while. WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL HERE? Why is there buzz...

    Graphic Designer Needed

Lets talk. I just had a video client leave me without paying and I'm in need of some quick work. Thr33cardmonte is my skype. I can design, but I've never done physical products before, if that's what you're looking for. Only digital representations of product boxes. I'm sure it wouldn't be TOO...

Another 'What would YOU do with this domain name?'

Make it a directory of all Farm-To-Table marketplaces in america, wherever you can buy fresh produce without going through a grocery store or retailer or second-hand etc. Populate the initial information yourself by hand (or hire an elancer to do it for you), see where it takes you.

Floating text makes it feel unprofessional. Main image is too skinny to have emotional impact Get rid of the word "home" it means nothing to us. Add image to first paragraph to shorten line length. Much of your copy is unnecessary. Like the above "home". Do your visiters really need to see...

Twitter Automation Mistake Ooops. Just made a mistake that caused me to go back through my twitter timeline and delete close to 50 tweets. The problem was with this recipe from IfTTT: I was missing the @ before {{UserName}}, which caused me to post as a tweet instead of as an @reply. Anything...

It's true that more subscribers could change the wind in my sails and bring me in new directions, but I like to monetize first and talk later.
